    “THE IMPORTANCE OF SOFT SKILLS FOR THE CHALLENGES OF THE MARKET” IS A COMPREHENSIVE PROJECT TO IMPROVE THE SOFT SKILLS OF THE COMPANY’S EMPLOYEES WHO HAVE PREDOMINANTLY TECHNICAL AND OPERATIONAL SKILLS. THE COMPANY AT THIS STAGE OF UNCERTAINTY, ALMOST OF A SYSTEMIC NATURE, CONSIDERS THAT IT IS APPROPRIATE TO MAKE A LONG-TERM AND CONSCIOUS CHOICE OF ITS STAFF, WHICH WILL INCREASE THE ABILITY OF ITS STAFF TO MEET THE CHANGES IN MARKET DYNAMICS AND TECHNOLOGICAL DEVELOPMENTS. THE UNDERTAKING’S PREVIOUS TRAINING EXPERIENCE WAS MAINLY LINKED TO THE COMPLETION OF TRAINING OBLIGATIONS IN THE FIELD OF HEALTH AND SAFETY.
