    Malgré l’existence de la RDT dans l’entreprise, elle se produit toujours de manière mal structurée et il est nécessaire d’organiser plus méthodiquement le département, c’est-à-dire d’investir davantage dans l’intégration des principes de l’industrie 4.0 et dans la protection par brevet. Outre les compétences scientifiques et techniques pour la recherche et le développement de produits innovants, les RH joueront un rôle important dans la gestion et la structuration du département.     Trotz der Tatsache, dass FTE im Unternehmen vorhanden ist, tritt sie immer noch schlecht strukturiert auf und es ist notwendig, die Abteilung methodischer zu organisieren, d. h. mehr in die Einbeziehung der Grundsätze der Industrie 4.0 und in den Patentschutz zu investieren. Neben den wissenschaftlichen und technischen Fähigkeiten für die Forschung und Entwicklung innovativer Produkte wird HR die wichtige Rolle bei der Verwaltung und Strukturierung der Abteilung spielen.
