Projekt se zabývá vybudováním sociálních bytů pro občany v bytové nouzi. Na základě projektu bude vybudováno celkem 5 nových bytových jednotek (1x 1kk a 4x 3kk) s cílovou celkovou kapacitou 13 osob na adrese Tržní náměstí 3, 417 04 Hrob v zastavěném území města na stavební parcele č. 71/3. Projekt má dále za cíl přispět k rozvoji služeb pro občany města, k prevenci negativních projevů sociálního vyloučení a k smysluplnému použití nepříliš využívaných prostor. a. (Czech)

The project deals with the construction of social housing for citizens in need of housing. On the basis of the project, a total of 5 new residential units (1x 1kk and 4x 3kk) will be built with the target capacity of 13 people at Tržní náměstí 3, 417 04 Grave in the built-up area of the city on the construction plot No. 71/3. Le projet porte sur la construction de logements sociaux pour les citoyens ayant besoin de logement. Sur la base du projet, un total de 5 nouveaux logements (1x 1kk et 4x 3kk) seront construits avec une capacité totale cible de 13 personnes à Tržní náměstí 3, 417 04 Hrob dans la zone bâtie de la ville sur le terrain de construction no 71/3. Das Projekt befasst sich mit dem Bau von Sozialwohnungen für wohnungsnotwendige Bürger. Basierend auf dem Projekt werden insgesamt 5 neue Wohneinheiten (1x 1kk und 4x 3kk) mit einer Gesamtkapazität von 13 Personen in Tržní náměstí 3, 417 04 Hrob in der bebauten Fläche der Stadt auf dem Baugrundstück Nr. 71/3 gebaut. Darüber hinaus soll das Projekt zur Entwicklung von Dienstleistungen für die Bürger der Stadt, zur Verhinderung negativer Manifestationen sozialer Ausgrenzung und zur sinnvollen Nutzung nicht genutzter Räume beitragen. Op basis van het project zullen in totaal 5 nieuwe wooneenheden (1x 1kk en 4x 3kk) worden gebouwd met een beoogde totale capaciteit van 13 personen in Tržní náměstí 3, 417 04 Hrob in het bebouwde gebied van de stad op bouwgrond nr. 71/3. Bovendien heeft het project tot doel bij te dragen aan de ontwikkeling van diensten voor de burgers van de stad, aan het voorkomen van negatieve uitingen van sociale uitsluiting en aan het zinvolle gebruik van niet-benutte ruimten.
