O Município da Covilhã, no desenvolvimento das suas atividades regulares, pretende promover a integração de jovens no mercado de trabalho, possibilitando-lhes o exercício de funções adequadas às suas qualificações através da realização de estágios remunerados. Para o efeito, fomenta condições de integração as quais incluem disponibilização de meios e acompanhamento técnico de forma a enriquecer e completar as habilitações entretanto concluídas.
