O Programa de estágios profissionais no Município de Porto de Mós, tem como princípio potenciar a integração de jovens no mercado de trabalho e a melhoria das suas qualificações. The programme of professional internships in the municipality of Porto de Mós has as its principle to enhance the integration of young people into the labour market and the improvement of their qualifications. The PEPAL measure provides young people with the realisation of this opportunity and to the council the possibility of making a closer approach to teaching in the observation of new knowledge and its applicability in work contexts, enhancing employability. Le programme de stages dans la municipalité de Porto de Mós a pour principe de renforcer l’intégration des jeunes sur le marché du travail et l’amélioration de leurs qualifications. La mesure PEPAL offre aux jeunes la possibilité de réaliser cette opportunité et à la municipalité d’atteindre une plus grande harmonisation avec l’éducation dans l’observation des nouvelles connaissances et leur applicabilité dans des contextes de travail améliorant l’employabilité. Das Programm für Praktika in der Gemeinde Porto de Mós besteht grundsätzlich darin, die Eingliederung junger Menschen in den Arbeitsmarkt und die Verbesserung ihrer Qualifikationen zu verbessern. Die PEPAL-Maßnahme bietet jungen Menschen die Möglichkeit, diese Chance zu verwirklichen und der Gemeinde eine bessere Annäherung an die Bildung bei der Beobachtung neuer Kenntnisse und ihrer Anwendbarkeit in Arbeitskontexten zur Verbesserung der Beschäftigungsfähigkeit zu erreichen.
