This application follows the process induced by the National Plan Promotion School Success and aims to support the implementation of the Strategic Action Plans (EAP) of schools. Cette demande fait suite au processus induit par le Plan national de promotion de la réussite scolaire et vise à soutenir la mise en œuvre des plans d’action stratégiques (PAS) des écoles. Ainsi, les stratégies insérées dans les PAE seront mises en œuvre, par le plan de formation à soutenir, en habilitant les équipes enseignantes responsables de leur conduite et de leur développement, afin d’améliorer le processus d’enseignement et d’apprentissage et, parallèlement, la réussite scolaire. Dieser Antrag stützt sich auf den Prozess, der durch den Nationalen Plan zur Förderung des Schulerfolgs ausgelöst wurde, und zielt darauf ab, die Umsetzung der strategischen Aktionspläne der Schulen zu unterstützen. So werden die Strategien, die in die PAEs eingefügt werden, durch den zu unterstützenden Ausbildungsplan operationalisiert, indem die für ihre Durchführung und Entwicklung zuständigen Lehrteams gestärkt werden, um den Lehr- und Lernprozess zu verbessern und gleichzeitig den Schulerfolg zu verbessern.
