Projekt je zaměřen na další zvýšení efektivity výroby plechových konstrukcí ve firmě J.M.KAPA,s.r.o. Neřeší pouze nákup technologie, ale logicky navazuje na třetí část rekonstrukce firmy, jejímž cílem je zmodernizovat výrobní a manipulační prostory v areálu a zefektivnit výrobní toky formou integrace stávající i nakupované technologie společně se skladovým hospodářstvím do výrobního systému. Doba realizace projektu bude 23,5 měsíců, zahájení projektu v 01/2016 a ukončení ve 12/2017. a. (Czech)

The project is aimed at further increasing the efficiency of production of metal structures in J.M.KAPA,s.r.o. It does not only solve the purchase of technology, but logically follows the third part of the company’s reconstruction, which aims to modernise production and handling spaces in the premises and to streamline production flows by integrating existing and purchased technology together with the warehouse management into the production system. The project implementation period will be 23.5 months, the start of the project in 01/2016 and the end of the project at 12/2017. a. (English)

Le projet vise à accroître encore l’efficacité de la production de structures en tôle à J.M.KAPA, s.r.o. Il ne résout pas seulement l’achat de technologie, mais suit logiquement la troisième partie de la reconstruction de l’entreprise, dont l’objectif est de moderniser les zones de production et de manutention dans le complexe et de rationaliser les flux de production en intégrant la technologie existante et achetée ainsi que la gestion des entrepôts dans le système de production. Das Projekt zielt darauf ab, die Effizienz der Produktion von Blechkonstruktionen bei J.M.KAPA, s.r.o. weiter zu steigern. Es löst nicht nur den Kauf von Technologie, sondern folgt logischerweise dem dritten Teil der Rekonstruktion des Unternehmens, dessen Ziel es ist, die Produktions- und Handhabungsbereiche im Komplex zu modernisieren und die Produktionsströme durch die Integration bestehender und erworbener Technologien sowie das Lagermanagement in das Produktionssystem zu optimieren. Die Projektdurchführungsfrist beträgt 23,5 Monate, Beginn des Projekts im 01/2016 und endet 12/2017. a. (German)

Het project is gericht op het verder verhogen van de efficiëntie van de productie van plaatwerkconstructies bij J.M.KAPA, s.r.o. Het lost niet alleen de aankoop van technologie op, maar volgt logischerwijs het derde deel van de wederopbouw van het bedrijf, dat tot doel heeft de productie- en verwerkingsgebieden in het complex te moderniseren en de productiestromen te stroomlijnen door bestaande en aangekochte technologie samen met magazijnbeheer in het productiesysteem te integreren.
