Общата цел на настоящото проектно предложение е: разработването на продуктова иновация (стока) –лепилен композит ОШПИМ, попадащ в приоритетни направления на ИСИС-„чисти технологии с акцент върху транспорта и енергетиката (съхранение, спестяване и ефективно разпределение на енергия, електрически превозни средства и еко-мобилност, водород-базирани модели и технологии, безотпадни технологии, технологии и методи за включване на отпадъчни продукти и материали от производства в други производства)” и „интелигентни системи и уреди, интелигентни домове–интелигентни градове“, част от тематична област „Мехатроника и чисти технологии“.За постигането на посочената цел в рамките на настоящия проект ще бъдат реализирани следните дейности:7.1 Извършване на изследвания, изпитвания, измервания, необходими за разработването на продуктова иновация (стока)7.2 Създаване и тестване на прототипи и пилотни линии, свързани с разработването на продуктова (стока или услуга) или производствена иновация7.3 Придобиване на дълготрайни материални активи (ДМА), необходими за разработването на продуктова (стока или услуга) или производствена иновация7.4 Защита на индустриална собственост на национално и международно равнище и ползване на необходимата за това експертна помощ7.5 Визуализация на проектаИзпълнението на гореописаните дейности ще доведе до реализацията на следните резултати:-проведени научни изследвания, изпитвания, измервания на основните и допълнителните потенциални компоненти на композита и охарактеризиране на състава му-осигурена техническа и материална база за безпроблемната разработка на прототип на иновативния лепилен композит-създаване и тестване в релевантна среда на прототипа на ОШПИМ-постигнато ниво на технологична готовност TRL 6 - Технология, демонстрирана в релевантна среда-осъществени действия за защита на индустриална собственост на национално и европейско ниво-осигурена визуализация на проекта-повишен иновативен капацитет на Кандидата. The general objective of this project proposal is to: the development of product innovation (goods) — Adhesive composite SSHIM, falling under the priority strands of ISIS — "clean technologies with a focus on transport and energy (storage, saving and efficient distribution of energy, electric vehicles and eco-mobility, hydrogen-based models and technologies, waste-free technologies, technologies and methods for including waste products and materials from manufacturing in other industries)" and "smart systems and appliances, smart Homes-Smart Cities, part of the thematic area "Mechatronics and Clean Technologies".To achieve this objective, the following activities will be realised within the framework of this project: 7.1 Performance of research, testing, measurements necessary for the development of product innovation (good)7.2 Creation and testing of prototypes and pilot lines related to the development of product (good or service) or manufacturing innovation7.3 Acquisition of fixed tangible assets (TMA), necessary for the development of a product (good or service) or manufacturing innovation7.4 Protection of industrial property at national and international level and use of the necessary expert assistance7.5 Visualisation of the projectThe implementation of the above activities will lead to the realisation of the following results: — conducted research, testing, measurements of the main and additional potential components of composites and characterisation of its composition-assured technical and material base for the smooth development of a prototype of innovative adhesive composite-creation and testing in a relevant environment of the prototype of SMPIM-achieved technological readiness level TRL 6 — Technology, demonstrated in a relevant environment — implemented actions for the protection of industrial property at national and European level — provided visualisation of the project — increased innovative capacity of the Candidate. L’objectif général de cette proposition de projet est de: le développement de l’innovation de produits (marchandises) — SSHIM composite adhésif, relevant des axes prioritaires de l’ISIS — "Technologies propres mettant l’accent sur le transport et l’énergie (stockage, économie et distribution efficace de l’énergie, véhicules électriques et écomobilité, modèles et technologies à base d’hydrogène, technologies, technologies et méthodes sans déchets pour inclure les déchets et les matériaux de fabrication dans d’autres industries)" et "systèmes et appareils intelligents, Smart Homes-Smart Cities, qui fait partie du domaine thématique "Mechatronics and Clean Technologies".Pour atteindre cet objectif, les activités suivantes seront réalisées dans le cadre de ce projet: 7.1 Performance de la recherche, des essais, des mesures nécessaires au développement de l’innovation de produits (bonnes)7.2 Création et essais de prototypes et de lignes pilotes liés au développement de produits (biens ou services) ou d’innovations manufacturières7.3 Acquisition d’immobilisations corporelles (TMA), nécessaire au développement d’un produit (bien ou service) ou à l’innovation dans la fabrication7.4 Protection de la propriété industrielle aux niveaux national et international et utilisation de l’assistance d’experts nécessaire7.5 Visualisation du projet La mise en œuvre des activités ci-dessus aboutira à la réalisation des résultats suivants: — réalisation de recherches, d’essais, de mesures des composants principaux et potentiels supplémentaires des composites et caractérisation de sa base technique et matérielle assurée par sa composition pour le développement sans heurt d’un prototype de création et d’essais de composites adhésifs innovants dans un environnement pertinent du prototype du niveau de préparation technologique atteint par le SMPIM TRL 6 — Technologie, démontrée dans un environnement pertinent — actions mises en œuvre pour la protection de la propriété industrielle au niveau national et européen — a fourni une visualisation du projet — renforcement de la capacité d’innovation du candidat. Das allgemeine Ziel dieses Projektvorschlags besteht darin, Entwicklung von Produktinnovationen (Waren) – Adhäsive Composite SSHIM, die unter die vorrangigen Bereiche des ISIS fällt – "saubere Technologien mit Schwerpunkt Verkehr und Energie (Speicherung, Einsparung und effiziente Verteilung von Energie, Elektrofahrzeugen und Ökomobilität, wasserstoffbasierte Modelle und Technologien, abfallfreie Technologien, Technologien und Methoden zur Einbeziehung von Abfallprodukten und -materialien aus der Herstellung in anderen Industrien)" und "intelligente Systeme und Geräte, Smart Homes-Smart Cities, Teil des Themenbereichs "Mechatronik und saubere Technologien".Um dieses Ziel zu erreichen, werden im Rahmen dieses Projekts folgende Aktivitäten realisiert: 7.1 Leistung von Forschung, Erprobung, Messungen für die Entwicklung von Produktinnovationen (gut)7.2 Erstellung und Erprobung von Prototypen und Pilotlinien im Zusammenhang mit der Entwicklung von Produkten (Waren oder Service) oder Fertigungsinnovation7.3 Erwerb von Sachanlagen (TMA), 7.4 Schutz des gewerblichen Eigentums auf nationaler und internationaler Ebene und Einsatz der erforderlichen fachlichen Unterstützung7.5 Visualisierung des ProjektsDie Umsetzung der oben genannten Aktivitäten führt zur Realisierung der folgenden Ergebnisse: – durchgeführte Forschung, Tests, Messungen der wichtigsten und zusätzlichen potenziellen Komponenten von Verbundwerkstoffen und Charakterisierung seiner Zusammensetzung-gesicherte technische und materielle Basis für die reibungslose Entwicklung eines Prototyps der innovativen Klebeverbund-Schaffung und Prüfung in einem relevanten Umfeld des Prototyps des SMPIM-erreichten technologischen Bereitschaftsniveaus TRL 6 – Technologie, nachgewiesen in einem relevanten Umfeld – umgesetzte Maßnahmen zum Schutz des gewerblichen Eigentums auf nationaler und europäischer Ebene – die Visualisierung des Projekts – erhöhte Innovationskapazität des Bewerbers.
