La actuación propuesta por la Consejería de Fomento y Vivienda (CFV) en esta operación, consiste básicamente en la adecuación del firme del tramo de carretera A-316 (P.K. 76+00 al 82+300) que se sitúa entre la intersección con la A-306 hasta el final de la variante de Martos y el final de la autovía, ya que en este punto la A-316 continúa con geometría de carretera convencional. Para ello, se va a proceder al fresado de tramos localizados y muy deteriorados, con patología de firme como piel de cocodrilo y blandones, especialmente en los carriles de vehículos lentos. A continuación se realizará la regularización de la calzada y refuerzo del firme, se sustituirán las señales verticales deterioradas y se procederá por último a la ejecución de la señalización horizontal y colocación de balizamiento. The action proposed by the Ministry of Public Works and Housing (CFV) in this operation basically consists of the adaptation of the road section A-316 (P.K. 76+ 00 to 82+ 300) between the intersection with the A-306 until the end of the Martos variant and the end of the motorway, since at this point the A-316 continues with conventional road geometry. For this purpose, the milling of localised and heavily damaged sections will be carried out, with pathology of firm such as crocodile skin and softness, especially in the lanes of slow vehicles. The road will then be regularised and the surface reinforced, the damaged vertical signs will be replaced and the road signs will be executed and the markings placed. (English)

L’action proposée par le ministère des Travaux Publics et du Logement (CFV) dans cette opération consiste essentiellement en l’adaptation du tronçon A-316 (P.K. 76+ 00 à 82+ 300) entre l’intersection avec l’A-306 jusqu’à la fin de la variante Martos et l’extrémité de l’autoroute, car à ce point l’A-316 se poursuit avec la géométrie routière conventionnelle. À cette fin, le fraisage de sections localisées et fortement endommagées sera effectué, avec une pathologie de ferme comme la peau de crocodile et la douceur, en particulier dans les voies des véhicules lents. La route sera ensuite régularisée et la surface renforcée, les panneaux verticaux endommagés seront remplacés et les panneaux routiers seront exécutés et les marquages seront placés. (French)

Die vom Ministerium für öffentliche Arbeiten und Wohnungsbau (CFV) vorgeschlagene Maßnahme besteht im Wesentlichen in der Anpassung des Straßenabschnitts A-316 (P.K. 76+ 00 bis 82+ 300) zwischen der Kreuzung mit der A-306 bis zum Ende der Martos-Variante und dem Ende der Autobahn, da an dieser Stelle die A-316 mit konventioneller Straßengeometrie fortsetzt. Zu diesem Zweck wird das Fräsen von lokalisierten und stark beschädigten Abschnitten durchgeführt, mit Pathologie der festen wie Krokodilhaut und Weichheit, vor allem in den Fahrspuren langsamer Fahrzeuge. Die Straße wird dann normalisiert und die Oberfläche verstärkt, die beschädigten vertikalen Schilder werden ersetzt und die Straßenschilder werden ausgeführt und die Markierungen platziert. (German)
