IL PROGETTO SI COMPONE DI 11 MODULI, SVOLTI IN 12 DIFFERENTI PERCORSI FORMATIVI ED IN CUI VERRANNO SVILUPPATI UN LINGUAGGIO, UN APPROCCIO E PROGETTI DI SVILUPPO COMUNI. SI PREVEDE LA REALIZZAZIONE DI 301 ORE DI FORMAZIONE E 1.725 ORE-ALLIEVO, COINVOLGENDO COLLABORATORI DI TUTTI I SETTORI (AMMINISTRAZIONE, SERVIZI E STRUTTURE), ANCHE PERSONALE CON HANDICA (Italian)

OUR UNDERSTANDING OF THE PROFESSION WILL CHANGE PARADIGMS: THIS OBJECTIVE REQUIRES AN INNOVATIVE APPROACH AND TOOLS, WHICH WILL BE DEVELOPED AND TRANSMITTED TO THE 95 EMPLOYEES OF LEBENSHILFE INVOLVED WITHIN THIS INITIATIVE, FROM THE LOGIC OF THE CASE TO THE LOGIC OF THE NETWORK.\ NTO REACH THIS OBJECTIVE.
