IL PRESENTE PROGETTO FORMATIVO AFFRONTA LE TEMATICHE DELLA SOSTENIBILITA' E DELL¿INNOVAZIONE DEI PROCESSI PRODUTTIVI E GESTIONALI ALL¿INTERNO DEL COMPARTO ZOOTECNICO, SIA NEL SEGMENTO RELATIVO AI DIVERSI SISTEMI DI ALLEVAMENTO, A SECONDA DELLA SPECIE CONSIDERATA (BOVINI DA LATTE, SUINI, OVI-CAPRINI, API, CANI DA GUARDIANIA), CHE IN QUELLO SUCCESSIVO RIGUARDANTE LA TRASFORMAZIONE IN PRODOTTI DI QUALITA' (LATTIERO CASEARI, SALUMERIA, PRODOTTI DELL¿ALVEARE). LA STRUTTURA DEL PROGETTO PREVEDE INTERVENTI FORMATIVI DI MEDIA DURATA, DI BREVE DURATA E VISITE DI STUDIO/AZIENDALI IN SICILIA, IN IRLANDA E IN FRANCIA, CHE AFFRONTERANNO IN MODO TRASVERSALE LE DIVERSE DECLINAZIONE DELLA SOSTENIB (Italian)

INDUSTRIALISATION AND INTENSIFICATION OF FARMING SYSTEMS HAVE LED TO SIMPLIFICATION AND A WORSENING OF THE QUALITY AND ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS OF PRODUCTS OF ANIMAL ORIGIN, AS WELL AS TO A LOSS OF ANIMAL BIOLOGICAL DIVERSITY DUE TO THE DISAPPEARANCE OF LOCAL BREEDS. THIS TRAINING PROJECT ADDRESSES THE ISSUES OF SUSTAINABILITY AND INNOVATION OF PRODUCTION AND MANAGEMENT PROCESSES IN THE LIVESTOCK SECTOR, BOTH IN THE SEGMENT RELATING TO THE DIFFERENT SYSTEMS OF REARING, DEPENDING ON THE SPECIES CONCERNED (DAIRY CATTLE, PIGS, CAPRINI, BEES, GUARDING DOGS), WHICH IN THE FOLLOWING YEAR CONCERNING THE PROCESSING INTO QUALITY PRODUCTS (DAIRY PRODUCTS, MEAT PRODUCTS, BEEHIVE PRODUCTS). THE STRUCTURE OF THE PROJECT PROVIDES FOR MEDIA TRAINING OF SHORT DURATION, SHORT DURATION AND STUDY/BUSINESS VISITS TO SICILY, IRELAND AND FRANCE, WHICH WILL ADDRESS IN A CROSS-CUTTING MANNER THE DIFFERENT DECLININGS OF THE SOSTENIB. CE PROJET DE FORMATION ABORDE LES QUESTIONS DE DURABILITÉ ET D’INNOVATION DES PROCESSUS DE PRODUCTION ET DE GESTION DANS LE SECTEUR DE L’ÉLEVAGE, TANT DANS LE SEGMENT LIÉ AUX DIFFÉRENTS SYSTÈMES D’ÉLEVAGE, SELON LES ESPÈCES CONSIDÉRÉES (BOVINS LAITIERS, PORCS, OVINS-CHÈVRES, IPA, CHIENS GARDIENS) QUE DANS LE CADRE DE LA TRANSFORMATION EN PRODUITS DE QUALITÉ (LAIT LAITIERS, SALAMI, PRODUITS DE HIVE). LA STRUCTURE DU PROJET COMPREND DES FORMATIONS DE MOYENNE DURÉE, DE COURTE DURÉE ET DES VISITES D’ÉTUDE/D’ENTREPRISE EN SICILE, EN IRLANDE ET EN FRANCE, QUI ABORDERONT DE MANIÈRE TRANSVERSALE LES DIFFÉRENTES FORMES DE SOUTIEN (French)
