THE PROJECT PARTNERSHIP IS MADE UP OF ENTITIES WITH SPECIFIC POWERS REQUIRED BY REGIONAL EXECUTIVE DECISION (DGR). THE PROJECT FITS INTO LINE 3 AND IS INTENDED FOR (TOTAL 40) WORKERS/STAFF EMPLOYED ON FARMS WITH DIFFERENT FUNCTIONS. PROJECT ACTIVITIES WILL TAKE PLACE OUTSIDE THEIR WORKING HOURS. THE PROJECT INCLUDES A COMPLEX SET OF TRAINING, SUPPORT AND SUPPORT OPPORTUNITIES TO PROVIDE WORKERS WITH TOOLS FOR DEVELOPING ADAPTABILITY TO CHANGE AND TRANSVERSAL COMPETENCES. WHOLE INTERVENTION OCCURS IN 4 OVERALL STEPS, Â TOWARDS ANOTHER.
