    THE PROJECT IS AIMED AT THE CATERING SECTOR, WITH A VIEW TO PROVIDING CERTIFIABLE AND REUSABLE SKILLS IN THE FIELD OF CATERING FOR YOUNG PEOPLE’S ENTRY INTO THE LABOUR MARKET, WITH A REAL INCREASE IN TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT.
