THE PROJECT WAS BASED ON DALLINTEEESSE TO PROVIDE STUDENTS WITH THE KNOWLEDGE NEEDED TO STRENGTHEN THE SCIENTIFIC EXPERTISE OF PUPILS IN THE THREE-YEAR PERIOD IN ORDER TO PROMOTE A FUTURE ORIENTATION IN THE WORLD OF UNIVERSITY EDUCATION AS A WORKER, THE AIM BEING ALSO TO KNOW THE ENTIRE PRODUCTION CHAIN FOR THE PRODUCTION OF COMPOTES FROM ORTOFRUITS PRODUCTS. THE WORK ENVISAGED WILL BE AIMED AT KNOWLEDGE OF THE DIFFERENT STAGES OF PRODUCTION AND PROCESSING OF THE PRODUCTS OF THEIR MARKETING AND SAFETY AT THE WORKPLACE. (English)
