    THE OVERALL OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT LINTENSIFICATION OF THE ALTERNANCE PROJECTS SCUOLALAVORO IN ACCORDANCE WITH LAW 1072015, WHICH RENDERED LALTERNANZA STRUCTURAL COMPONENT OF THE THREE-YEAR BACCALAUREATE FOR 200 HOURS. THIS REFORM SUBSTANTIALLY CHANGED THE OFFER FOR TRAINING TO SUPPLEMENT INTEGRATION WITH LABOUR MARKET DEMANDS. THIS OVERALL OBJECTIVE IS LINKED TO THE NEEDS OF STUDENTS TO ACQUIRE SKILLS IN ORDER TO FIND THEIR WAY AROUND THE WORLD OF WORK AND THE NEED FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE EXPERIENTIAL DIMENSION OF LEARNING THROUGH REAL-LIFE LEARNING SITUATIONS. IN ORDER TO ACHIEVE THESE OBJECTIVES, THE PROJECT IS ALSO AIMED AT CREATING A NETWORK OF MICRO-ENTERPRISES IN THE THIRD SECTOR WITH WHICH THE GYMNASIUM HAS ENTERED INTO AGREEMENTS TO ESTABLISH JOINT ACTION BETWEEN SCHOOLS AND THE WORLD OF WORK BOTH IN THE DESIGN OF ALTERNATING ROUTES AND IN THE ASSESSMENT AND CERTIFICATION OF SKILLS WITH THE SUPPORT OF THE ST. AFIN D’ATTEINDRE CES OBJECTIFS, LE PROJET VISE ÉGALEMENT À CRÉER UN RÉSEAU DE MICRO-ENTREPRISES DANS LE TROISIÈME SECTEUR AVEC LEQUEL LE LYCÉE A DÉJÀ CONCLU DES ACCORDS POUR ASSURER LA STABILITÉ D’UNE UNION COMMUNE ENTRE L’ÉCOLE ET LE MONDE DU TRAVAIL, TANT LORS DE LA PLANIFICATION DES PARCOURS D’ALTERNANCE QUE LORS DE L’ÉVALUATION ET DE LA CERTIFICATION DES COMPÉTENCES AVEC LE SOUTIEN DE ST.
