Celem projektu jest wzmocnienie szans zatrudnieniowych na rynku pracy grupy 32 mieszkańców powiatu mrągowskiego w wieku 30+ lat, pozostających bez pracy lub zatrudnionych w niekorzystnych warunkach (umowy terminowe, cywilnoprawne, wynagrodzenie na poziomie płacy minimalnej). W grupie docelowej znajdą się osoby bezrobotne niezarejestrowane w PUP oraz pracujące. Główny nacisk zostanie położony na wsparcie osób z niskimi kwalifikacjami. Projekt przewiduje kompleksowe i zindywidualizowane podejście do każdego z uczestników, oferując szeroki katalog form wsparcia (od poradnictwa zawodowego i ustalenia indywidualnej ścieżki dalszej kariery, poprzez kursy i szkolenia pozwalające nabyć kwalifikacje zawodowe lub uzyskać uprawnienia zawodowe, do staży w przedsiębiorstwach, kończąc na pośrednictwie pracy i zatrudnieniu. The aim of the project is to strengthen employment opportunities on the labour market of a group of 32 residents of the district of Mrągów at the age of 30+, who are unemployed or employed in disadvantaged conditions (term contracts, civil law contracts, wages at the level of minimum wage). The target group will include unemployed persons not registered in PUP and working. The main focus will be on supporting low-skilled people. The project envisages a comprehensive and individualised approach to each participant, offering a wide range of forms of support (from career guidance and individual career paths, through courses and training to acquire professional qualifications or to obtain professional qualifications, to placements in enterprises, to intermediation of work and employment. L’objectif du projet est de renforcer les possibilités d’emploi sur le marché du travail d’un groupe de 32 résidents du district de Mrągowski âgés de 30 ans et plus, sans emploi ou employés dans des conditions défavorables (contrats à durée déterminée, contrats de droit civil, salaires au niveau du salaire minimum). Le groupe cible comprendra les chômeurs qui ne sont pas inscrits à l’OLP et qui sont employés. L’accent sera mis principalement sur le soutien aux personnes peu qualifiées. Le projet prévoit une approche globale et personnalisée pour chaque participant, offrant un large éventail de formes de soutien (de l’orientation professionnelle et de la mise en place d’un parcours de carrière individuel, en passant par des cours et des formations pour acquérir des qualifications professionnelles ou obtenir des qualifications professionnelles, jusqu’aux stages en entreprise, jusqu’au placement et à l’emploi). Ziel des Projekts ist die Stärkung der Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten auf dem Arbeitsmarkt einer Gruppe von 32 Einwohnern des Bezirks Mrągowski ab 30 Jahren, die unter ungünstigen Bedingungen arbeitslos oder beschäftigt sind (Arbeitsverträge, zivilrechtliche Verträge, Löhne auf der Ebene des Mindestlohns). Die Zielgruppe umfasst Arbeitslose, die nicht im PLO registriert sind und erwerbstätig sind. Der Schwerpunkt wird auf der Unterstützung gering qualifizierter Menschen liegen. Das Projekt sieht einen umfassenden und personalisierten Ansatz für jeden Teilnehmer vor, der eine breite Palette von Formen der Unterstützung bietet (von der Berufsberatung über die Einrichtung eines individuellen Karrierewegs, über Kurse und Schulungen bis hin zum Erwerb von Berufsqualifikationen oder beruflichen Qualifikationen bis hin zu Praktika in Unternehmen, bis hin zu Stellenvermittlung und Beschäftigung).
