Celem proj. jest rewit. terenu poprzez promowanie włączenia społecznego, walka z ubóstwem i wszelką dyskryminacją. Degradacja techniczna, społeczna i fizyczna starego miasta przełożyła się na pogorszenie jakości życia mieszkańców. Zaniedbania w zakresie infrastr. technicz. doprowadziły do zubożenia oferty rekreacyjnej, kulturalnej i edukacyjnej w mieście. Systematyczna eksploatacja istniejących obiektów i przestrzeni publicznych prowadzone bez gruntownych remontów i modernizacji przyczyniła się do degradacji, przez co istniejący potencjał społeczno-kulturalny dewaluuje się. Amfiteatr był miejscem organizacji wielu imprez plenerowych, koncertów i widowisk estradowych, które dla wielu mieszkańców miasta, zwłaszcza tych o niższym statucie materialnym, były jedyną okazją do skorzystania z oferty kulturalnej. Brak amfiteatru definitywnie odbiera im tę szansę. Aktualnie amf. jest wyłączony z uwagi na prowadzone w roku 2015 prace archeologiczne. Projekt dot. Modern. amfiteatru oraz odbudowy Centrum Rzemiosł i Kultury Warmińskiej. Zakres prac objętych projektem polega na wykonaniu prac przygotowawczych, robót budowlanych, zakupie śr. Trwałych i wyposaż., nadzorze projektu oraz promocji projektu. Całość obiektu służyć będzie aktywności artystycznej i społecznej obszarów rewitalizowanych. Wspólne przedsięwzięcia artystyczne przyczynią się do większej integracji i aktywności mieszkańców miasta oraz osób starszych we współpracy z stowarzyszeniami młodzieżowymi. Zrzeszone i wolne grupy społeczne będą podejmowały inicjatywy artystyczne celem zagospodarowania wolnego czasu oraz wzmocnienia potencjału społecznego. Utworzona infrastruktura amfiteatru stanie się miejscem spotkań artystów wywodzących się z lokalnej społeczności. Realizacja projektu wpisuje się w zał. osi priorytetowej 8 RPOWiM 2014-2020 poprzez Promowanie włączenia społecznego, walkę z ubóstwem i wszelką dyskryminacją. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to revitalise the area by promoting social inclusion, combating poverty and all discrimination. The technical, social and physical degradation of the old town resulted in a deterioration in the quality of life of the inhabitants. Negligence in the field of infrastr. technics led to the impoverishment of recreational, cultural and educational offer in the city. The systematic exploitation of existing public facilities and spaces carried out without major renovation and modernisation has contributed to degradation, and the existing socio-cultural potential is devalued. The amphitheater was the venue for many outdoor events, concerts and performances, which for many residents of the city, especially those with lower material status, were the only opportunity to benefit from the cultural offer. The absence of the amphitheatre definitely takes away their chance. Currently, the meth is excluded due to archaeological works carried out in 2015. It’s a project. Modern. amphitheatre and reconstruction of the Centre for Crafts and Culture of Warmia. The scope of work covered by the project consists of carrying out preparatory works, construction works, purchase of weds. Durable and equip, project supervision and project promotion. The whole facility will serve the artistic and social activity of revitalised areas. Joint artistic projects will contribute to greater integration and activity of citizens and older people in cooperation with youth associations. Social groups associated and free will take artistic initiatives to develop leisure time and strengthen social potential. The established infrastructure of the amphitheatre will become a meeting place for artists from the local community. The implementation of the project is part of the priority axis 8 RPOWs 2014-2020 through the promotion of social inclusion, the fight against poverty and any discrimination. (English)

L’objectif du projet est de revitaliser la région en promouvant l’inclusion sociale, la lutte contre la pauvreté et toute discrimination. La dégradation technique, sociale et physique de la vieille ville a entraîné une détérioration de la qualité de vie des habitants. La négligence dans le domaine des infrastructures techniques a conduit à l’appauvrissement de l’offre récréative, culturelle et éducative dans la ville. L’exploitation systématique des installations et des espaces publics existants sans rénovations et modernisations majeures a contribué à la dégradation et, par conséquent, le potentiel socioculturel existant est la dévaluation. L’amphithéâtre était un lieu pour l’organisation de nombreux événements en plein air, concerts et spectacles de scène, qui pour beaucoup de résidents de la ville, en particulier ceux qui ont des statuts matériels inférieurs, ont été la seule occasion de profiter de l’offre culturelle. L’absence d’amphithéâtre les prive définitivement de cette opportunité. Actuellement, l’amf. est exclu en raison des travaux archéologiques effectués en 2015. Conception pour Moderne. amphithéâtre et reconstruction du Centre de l’artisanat et de la culture de Warmia. L’étendue des travaux couverts par le projet consiste en l’exécution de travaux préparatoires, de travaux de construction, d’achats dimensionnels. Durable et équipé, supervision du projet et promotion du projet. L’ensemble de l’objet sera utilisé pour l’activité artistique et sociale dans les zones revitalisées. Ziel des Projekts ist die Wiederbelebung des Gebiets durch die Förderung der sozialen Inklusion, die Bekämpfung von Armut und jeglicher Diskriminierung. Der technische, soziale und physische Abbau der Altstadt führte zu einer Verschlechterung der Lebensqualität der Bewohner. Fahrlässigkeit im Bereich der technischen Infrastruktur hat zur Verarmung des Freizeit-, Kultur- und Bildungsangebots in der Stadt geführt. Die systematische Nutzung bestehender öffentlicher Einrichtungen und Räume ohne größere Renovierungen und Modernisierungen hat zur Verschlechterung beigetragen, und das bestehende soziokulturelle Potenzial ist daher eine Abwertung. Das Amphitheater war ein Ort für die Organisation vieler Outdoor-Veranstaltungen, Konzerte und Bühnenshows, die für viele Bewohner der Stadt, vor allem diejenigen mit niedrigeren materiellen Statuten, die einzige Gelegenheit waren, das kulturelle Angebot zu nutzen. Der Mangel an Amphitheater beraubt ihnen definitiv diese Gelegenheit. Derzeit ist Amf. wegen archäologischer Arbeiten im Jahr 2015 ausgeschlossen. Design für Modern. Amphitheater und Wiederaufbau des Zentrums für Handwerk und Kultur von Warmia. Der Umfang der Arbeiten, die Gegenstand des Projekts sind, besteht in der Ausführung von Vorarbeiten, Bauarbeiten, dem Erwerb von Maßen. Langlebig und ausgestattet, Überwachung des Projekts und Förderung des Projekts. Das gesamte Objekt wird für künstlerische und soziale Aktivitäten in Revitalisierungsgebieten verwendet. Gemeinsame künstlerische Unternehmungen werden in Zusammenarbeit mit Jugendverbänden zu einer stärkeren Integration und Aktivität der Stadtbewohner und älterer Menschen beitragen. Die Durchführung des Projekts ist Teil des Anhangs der Prioritätsachse 8 der RPOWiM 2014-2020 durch Förderung der sozialen Inklusion, Bekämpfung von Armut und jeglicher Diskriminierung. (German)
