Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób bezrobotnych w wieku 30 lat i więcej w powiecie szczycieńskim. Projekt będzie realizowany w okresie od 1 stycznia 2018 r. do 30 czerwca 2019 r. Cele projektu zostaną osiągnięte poprzez aktywizację zawodową 253 osób bezrobotnych, opartą na realizacji następujących usług i instrumentów rynku pracy: 1) szkolenia prowadzące do nabycia lub uzupełnienia kwalifikacji lub kompetencji zawodowych oraz wiedzy z zakresu przedsiębiorczości - 47 osób, 2) staże umożliwiające uzyskanie doświadczenia zawodowego - 29 osób, 3) subsydiowanie zatrudnienia w ramach prac interwencyjnych - 155 osób, w tym 3 osoby, które zostaną objęte pracami interwencyjnymi po ukończeniu stażu w ramach projektu oraz 1 osoba, która zostanie objęta pracami interwencyjnymi po ukończeniu szkolenia w ramach projektu, 4) refundacja kosztów doposażenia stanowiska pracy - 20 osób, w tym 1 osoba, która zostanie objęta zatrudnieniem na doposażonym stanowisku pracy po ukończeniu stażu, 5) dotacje na rozpoczęcie działalności gospodarczej - 35 osób, w tym 28 osób po ukończeniu w ramach projektu szkolenia z przedsiębiorczości. Projektem zostaną objęte osoby w wieku 30 lat i więcej (od dnia 30 urodzin), zarejestrowane jako bezrobotne w Powiatowym Urzędzie Pracy w Szczytnie, należące przynajmniej do jednej z wymienionych niżej kategorii osób: - długotrwale bezrobotni - min. 64 osoby, - osoby z niepełnosprawnościami - min. 12 osób, - osoby starsze w wieku 50 lat i więcej - min. 32 osoby, - kobiety - min. 128 osób, - osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach - min. 153 osoby. Rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia lub samozatrudnienia przez min. 47% uczestników projektu. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employability of unemployed people aged 30 years and above in the Steering District. The project will be implemented in the period from 1 January 2018 to 30 June 2019. The objectives of the project will be achieved through the professional activation of 253 unemployed people, based on the implementation of the following services and labour market instruments: 1. training leading to the acquisition or completion of professional qualifications or competences and entrepreneurship knowledge – 47 persons, 2) traineeships to gain professional experience – 29 persons, 3) subsidisation of employment in the framework of intervention work – 155 persons, including 3 persons who will be covered by intervention work after completion of a job placement, and 1 person who will be covered by intervention work after completion of training under the project, 4) reimbursement of the costs of retrofitting the job placement – 20 persons, in which 1 persons will be recruited, including 5 persons in the field of entrepreneurship in the field of entrepreneurship – 47 persons, 2) traineeships capable of gaining professional experience – 3) subsidisation of employment in the framework of intervention work – 155 persons, including 3 persons who will be covered by intervention work after completion of a job placement in the course of the job, and 1 person who will be covered by the intervention work after completion of the training under the project, 4) reimbursement of the costs of retrofitting the job – 20 persons, in which 1 persons will be employed, in which 5 persons will be paid for the training in the field of employment in the course of the project. The project will include persons aged 30 and over (from the 30th birthday), registered as unemployed at the District Labour Office in Szczytno, belonging to at least one of the following categories of persons: — long-term unemployed – min. 64 people, – persons with disabilities – min. 12 people, – older people aged 50 years and over – min. 32 people, – women – min. 128 people, – low-skilled persons – min. 153 people. L’objectif de ce projet est d’accroître les possibilités d’emploi pour les chômeurs âgés de 30 ans et plus dans le district du Sommet. Le projet sera mis en œuvre du 1er janvier 2018 au 30 juin 2019. Les objectifs du projet seront atteints grâce à l’activation professionnelle de 253 chômeurs, sur la base de la mise en œuvre des services et des instruments du marché du travail suivants: 1) formation conduisant à l’acquisition ou à l’accomplissement de qualifications ou de compétences professionnelles et de connaissances entrepreneuriales — 47 personnes, 2) stages pour acquérir une expérience professionnelle — 29 personnes, 3) subventions à l’emploi dans le cadre du travail d’intervention — 155 personnes, dont 3 personnes devant être couvertes par un travail d’intervention après l’achèvement du stage dans le cadre du projet et 1 personne devant être couverte par un travail d’intervention après l’achèvement de la formation dans le cadre du projet, 4) remboursement des frais de mise à niveau du lieu de travail — 20 personnes, dont une personne devant occuper un poste modernisé après l’achèvement du stage, 5) subventions pour la création d’une entreprise — 35 personnes, dont 28 personnes après l’achèvement du projet de formation à l’entrepreneuriat. Le projet couvrira les personnes âgées de 30 ans et plus (à partir du 30e anniversaire) inscrites comme chômeurs au bureau de district du travail de Szczytno, appartenant à au moins une des catégories de personnes suivantes: — chômeurs de longue durée — 64 personnes, — personnes handicapées — 12 personnes, — personnes âgées de 50 ans et plus — 32 personnes, — femmes — 128 personnes, — peu qualifiées — 153 personnes. Le projet donnera lieu à un emploi ou à un travail indépendant pour au moins 47 % des participants au projet. (French)

Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten für Arbeitslose ab 30 Jahren im Bezirk Summit zu verbessern. Das Projekt wird vom 1. Januar 2018 bis zum 30. Juni 2019 umgesetzt. Die Ziele des Projekts werden durch die berufliche Aktivierung von 253 Arbeitslosen auf der Grundlage der folgenden Dienstleistungen und Arbeitsmarktinstrumente erreicht: 1) Ausbildung, die zum Erwerb oder zum Abschluss von beruflichen Qualifikationen oder Kompetenzen und unternehmerischem Wissen führt – 47 Personen, 2) Praktika für den Erwerb von Berufserfahrung – 29 Personen, 3) Beschäftigungszuschüsse bei Interventionsarbeiten – 155 Personen, darunter 3 Personen, die nach Abschluss des Praktikums im Rahmen des Projekts durch Interventionsarbeiten abgedeckt werden müssen, und 1 Person, die nach Abschluss der Ausbildung im Rahmen des Projekts durch Interventionsarbeiten abgedeckt werden soll, 4) Erstattung der Kosten für die Nachrüstung des Arbeitsplatzes – 20 Personen, davon 1 Person, die nach Abschluss des Praktikums an einer nachgerüsteten Stelle angestellt werden soll, 5) Zuschüsse für die Unternehmensgründung – 35 Personen, darunter 28 Personen nach Abschluss des Ausbildungsprojekts für unternehmerische Initiative. Das Projekt umfasst Personen ab 30 Jahren (ab dem 30. Geburtstag), die im Bezirksarbeitsamt in Szczytno als arbeitslos gemeldet sind und mindestens einer der folgenden Personengruppen angehören: — Langzeitarbeitslose – min. 64 Personen, – Menschen mit Behinderungen – min. 12 Personen, – ältere Menschen im Alter von 50 Jahren und älter – min. 32 Personen, – Frauen – min. 128 Personen, – Geringqualifizierte – min. 153 Personen. Das Projekt führt zu einer Beschäftigung oder selbständigen Erwerbstätigkeit von mindestens 47 % der Projektteilnehmer. (German)
