Celem interwencji jest zwiększenie zatrudnienia wśród os. bezrobotnych w wieku powyżej 29r.ż.(osoby dł. bezrob., niepełnosprawne, w wieku pow. 50r.ż., os. o niskich kwalif.,kobiety).Okres realizacji projektu:01.08.2015r.-30.06.2016r., rekrutacja uczestników do projektu do 31.12.2015 r.Grupę docelową stanowić będą os. bezrob. w wieku pow. 29r.ż., znajdujące się w grupie pierwszej oddalenia od rynku pracy–bezrob. aktywni(I profil pomocy) lub w grupie drugiej oddalenia od rynku pracy–bezrob. wymagający wsparcia(II profil pomocy), a dodatkowo spełniające co najmniej jedno z poniższych kryteriów tj.osoby:dł. bezrobotne,niepełnosprawne,pow. 50r.ż.,kobiety, osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach).Wybór grupy docelowej jest zgodny z SZOOP RPO WiM2014-2020 i kryteriami dostępu dla projektów pozakonkursowych na rok 2015. Cel projektu jest zgodny z celem RPO WiM2014-2020 w zakresie Działania10.1.W ramach projektu zaktywizowanych zostanie 257os. bezrob., należących do ww. grupy, wśród których 44,87% będą stanowiły os. dł. bezrobotne, 3,37% os. niepełnosprawne.Wśród uczestników projektu znajdą się również os. o niskich kwalifikacjach, os. pow. 50r.ż. i kobiety.Planowany zakres wsparcia(zadania) to:staże dla 106os., szkolenia dla 68 os(indywidualne i grupowe) z tego 20 os.ukończą szkol. zaw. a 7 os uzyska kwali. do 4 tyg ., prace interw. dla 30os., dofinansowanie na podjęcie dział. gosp. dla 41os., doposażenie/wyposażenie stanowiska pracy dla 12os. Uczestnicy projektu objęci będą również usługą pośrednictwa pracy/poradnictwa zaw.Udział w projekcie pozwoli uzyskać kwalifikacje zawodowe, nabyć umiejętności praktyczne do wykonywania pracy przez wykonywanie zadań w miejscu pracy, bez nawiązywania stosunku pracy(staże), przez co zwiększy się szansę na znalezienie zatrudnienia.Dzięki pracom interwenc., doposażeniu/wyposażeniu st.pracy i dofinansowaniu na podjęcie dział.gosp. os.bezrob. stwarza się warunki oraz pomoc w podjęciu zatrudnienia lub samozatrudnienia. L’objectif de l’intervention est d’accroître l’emploi des chômeurs âgés de plus de 29 ans (chômage, handicapé, à l’âge de 29 ans). 50r.z., low qualif., femmes).Performance de projektu:01.08.2015r.-30.06.2016r, recrutement de participants au projet jusqu’au 31.12.2015.Le groupe cible sera au chômage à l’âge de la région. 29 ans, dans le premier groupe d’éloignement du marché du travail-chômage actif(profil I de l’aide) ou dans le deuxième groupe d’éloignement du marché du travail-chômage nécessitant un soutien (profil de l’aide II) et répondant en outre à au moins l’un des critères suivants, à savoir les personnes: chômeurs, handicapés, etc. 50 ans, femmes, personnes peu qualifiées).Le choix du groupe cible est conforme au SZOOP ROP WiM2014-2020 et aux critères d’accès pour les projets de non-concurrence pour 2015. L’objectif du projet est conforme à l’objectif du ROP WiM2014-2020 dans le domaine de l’action10.1.Dans le cadre du projet, 257 personnes seront sans emploi, appartenant au groupe susmentionné, dont 44,87 % seront sans emploi, 3,37 % handicapés. Parmi les participants au projet figureront également des personnes peu qualifiées, pers. 50 ans et femmes.Gamme de soutien prévu (tâches) to:staże pour 106 personnes, formation pour 68 personnes (individuelle et groupe) dont 20 personnes achèveront l’école dont 7 recevront jusqu’à 4 semaines, travail intervenant pour 30 personnes, financement pour l’entrée dans le département. gosp. pour 41 personnes, réaménagement/équipement du lieu de travail pour 12 personnes. Les participants au projet seront également inclus dans le service de placement/conseil. La participation au projet vous permettra d’obtenir des qualifications professionnelles, acquérir des compétences pratiques pour effectuer le travail en effectuant des tâches sur le lieu de travail, sans entrer dans une relation de travail (stages), ce qui augmentera les chances de trouver un emploi. Grâce au travail d’intervention, la modernisation/équipement du travail et le cofinancement pour le démarrage de l’unité de chômage, les conditions et l’aide à l’accès à l’emploi ou à l’auto-emploi sont créés. Ziel der Maßnahme ist es, die Beschäftigung von Arbeitslosen über 29 Jahren (Arbeitslosigkeit, Behinderte, im Alter von 29 Jahren) zu erhöhen. 50r.z.z., low qualif., women).Performance von projektu:01.08.2015r.-30.06.2016r, Rekrutierung von Teilnehmern für das Projekt bis 31.12.2015.Die Zielgruppe wird im Alter des Gebiets arbeitslos sein. 29 Jahre alt, in der ersten Gruppe der Abgelegenheit vom Arbeitsmarkt – Arbeitslosigkeit. erwerbstätig (I-Profil der Hilfe) oder in der zweiten Gruppe der Abgelegenheiten vom Arbeitsmarkt-Arbeitslosigkeit. Erforderliche Unterstützung (II-Profil der Hilfe) und zusätzlich mindestens eines der folgenden Kriterien erfüllen, d. h. Personen: Arbeitslose, Behinderte,Pow. 50 Jahre, Frauen, Geringqualifizierte).Die Wahl der Zielgruppe entspricht dem SZOOP ROP WiM2014-2020 und den Zugangskriterien für Nicht-Wettbewerbsprojekte für 2015. Das Ziel des Projekts steht im Einklang mit dem Ziel des ROP WiM2014-2020 im Bereich der Aktion10.1.Im Rahmen des Projekts werden 257 Personen arbeitslos sein, die der oben genannten Gruppe angehören, 44,87 % davon sind arbeitslos, 3,37 % Behinderte. Zu den Projektteilnehmern gehören auch gering qualifizierte Personen pers. 50 Jahre und Frauen.Schedulierte Palette der Unterstützung(Aufgaben) to:staże für 106 Personen, Ausbildung für 68 Personen (Einzelpersonen und Gruppen), von denen 20 Personen die Schule abschließen werden, einschließlich 7 Personen bis zu 4 Wochen, Arbeit für 30 Personen, Finanzierung für die Aufnahme der Abteilung. gosp. für 41 Personen, Nachrüstung/Ausrüstung des Arbeitsplatzes für 12 Personen. Die Teilnahme am Projekt ermöglicht es Ihnen, Berufsqualifikationen zu erwerben, praktische Fähigkeiten zu erwerben, die Arbeit durch die Ausführung von Aufgaben am Arbeitsplatz zu erfüllen, ohne in ein Arbeitsverhältnis (Praktika) einzutreten, was die Chance auf eine Beschäftigung erhöht. Dank der Interventionsarbeit werden die Nachrüstung/Ausrüstung der St.-Arbeit und Kofinanzierung für den Beginn der.gosp.
