Celem głównym projektu jest podniesienie do 30.06.2019 aktywności społ. i zawod. 60(36K) osób zagrożonych ryzykiem ubóstwa i/lub wykluczenia społ, zam. na obszarze realizacji proj. oraz podjęcie zatrudnienia przez min.15os. do 4 tyg. od zakończenia udziału w projekcie. W ramach proj. przewidziane są następujące formy wsparcia: 1)Aktywizacja społ-zawodowa, w tym: -warsztaty motywacyjno-integracyjne -opracowanie indywidualnej ścieżki reintegracji -indywidualne poradnictwo psycholog. -trening umiejętności i kompetencji społ. -idywidualne poradnictwo specjalistyczne 2)Szkolenia zawodowe zg. z zapotrzebowaniem lokalnego rynku pracy 3)Pomoc w wejściu na rynek pracy, w tym: -warsztaty aktywnego poszukiwania pracy -warsztaty przedsiębiorczości -wsparcie w znalezieniu zatrudnienia -staże zawodowe. Projekt skierowany jest do os.zagrożonych ryzykiem ubóstwa i/lub wykluczenia społ, w wieku 15-64 lat (w tym os.bezrobotnych, które zg. z ustawą o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy znajdują się w III grupie osób), zam. na terenie gmin: pow.bartoszyckiego-Bisztynek, Górowo Ił (wiejska,miejska), Sępopol, Bartoszyce(wiejska); kętrzyńskiego-Korsze, Reszel, Barciany, Kętrzyn(wiejska), Srokowo; szczycieńskiego-Pasym, Dźwierzuty, Jedwabno, Rozogi, Szczytno (wiejska), Świętajno, Wielbark (za wyjątkiem os.odbywających karę pozbawienia wolności). Wsparciem w ramach proj. objętych zostanie 60(36K) os.zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społ, w tym 6 ON. W wyniku realizowanych działań kwalifikacje zaw.uzyska 48os, 4os. będą poszukiwać pracy, 15os. podejmie zatrudnienie . W wyniku realizacji projektu do 3m-cy od zakończenia udziału w projekcie osiągnięta zostanie: 1) dla os.zagrożonych ubóstem i/lub wyklucz.społ: -efektywność społ-zatrudnieniowa-56% -efektywność zatrudnieniowa-22% 2)w odniesieniu do os. o znacznym st.niepełn, os. z niepełn.intelektual oraz os. z niepełn.sprzężonymi: -efektywność społ-zatrudnieniowa-46% -efektywność zatrudnieniowa-12%. The main objective of the project is to raise social activities and professions to 30.06.2019. 60(36K) people at risk of poverty and/or exclusion in the project area and taking up employment by at least 15 people to 4 weeks from the end of the project. The project provides for the following forms of support: 1)Competitive occupational activity, including: —motivating and integration workshops – developing an individual path of reintegration – individual counseling psychologist. —training skills and competences community. —individual specialist counselling 2) Vocational training according to local labour market needs 3)Help in entering the labour market, including: —workshops of active job search – entrepreneurship workshops – support in finding employment – occupational internship. The project is addressed to people at risk of poverty and/or exclusion of the community, aged 15-64 (including unemployed persons who, in accordance with the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions, are located in the third group of persons), in communes: pow.bartoszycki-Bisztynek, Górowo Ił (rural, urban), Sępopol, Bartoszyce (rural); Kętrzyn-Korsze, Reszel, Barciany, Ketrzyn(rural), Srokowo; Szczycieński-Pasym, Wielbark, Jedwabno, Rozogi, Szczytno (rural), Sacred, Wielbark (except for those who are sentenced to imprisonment). Support under the project will cover 60(36K) people at risk of poverty or social exclusion, including 6 ON. As a result of the implemented activities, qualifications incl. 48 people, 4 people will seek employment, 15 people will take up employment. As a result of the project, up to 3 m from the end of participation in the project, the following will be achieved: 1) for people at risk of poverty and/or exclusion. —social-employment efficiency-56 %-employment efficiency-22 % 2)for people with significant incomplete, intellect and incompletely coupled persons: —social-employment efficiency-46 %-employment efficiency-12 %. L’objectif principal du projet est d’accroître l’activité et la profession sociales d’ici le 30.6.2019. 60(36K) personnes exposées au risque de pauvreté et/ou d’exclusion sociale, commander dans la zone du projet et prendre un emploi pendant au moins 15 à 4 semaines à compter de la fin de la participation au projet. Le projet prévoit les formes de soutien suivantes: 1)Activation professionnelle, y compris: —ateliers de motivation et d’intégration -développement d’un parcours individuel de réinsertion -psychologue individuel de conseil. —aptitudes et compétences de la société en matière de formation. —orientation spécialisée individuelle 2)Formation professionnelle en fonction des besoins du marché du travail local 3)Aide à entrer sur le marché du travail, y compris: —ateliers actifs de recherche d’emploi — ateliers d’affaires — soutien à la recherche d’emploi — placements professionnels. Le projet s’adresse aux personnes exposées au risque de pauvreté et/ou d’exclusion sociale, âgées de 15 à 64 ans (y compris les chômeurs qui, selon la loi sur la promotion de l’emploi et les institutions du marché du travail, appartiennent au troisième groupe de personnes), dont l’ordre se situe dans les communes suivantes: Bartoszycki-Bisztynek, Górowo Ił (rural, urbain), Sępopol, Bartoszyce (rural); Kętrzyński-Korsze, Reszel, Barciany, Kętrzyn (rural), Srokowo; Pic-Pasym, Cratters, Jedwabno, Rozogi, Szczytno (rural), Świętajno, Wielbark (à l’exception des personnes purgeant une peine privative de liberté). 60(36K) menacés de pauvreté ou d’exclusion sociale, dont 6 SA, bénéficieront d’un soutien dans le cadre du projet. À la suite des activités menées, les qualifications de 48 personnes, 4 personnes chercheront un emploi, 15 personnes prendront un emploi. Suite à la mise en œuvre du projet jusqu’à 3 mois à compter de la fin de la participation au projet: 1) pour les personnes exposées au risque de pauvreté et/ou d’exclusion. — efficience de l’emploi-56 % — efficacité de l’emploi-22 % 2) pour les personnes ayant des personnes immatures, incomplètes et intellectuelles significatives et les personnes avec des personnes partiellement couplées: efficacité de l’emploi — 46 % — efficacité de l’emploi-12 %. Hauptziel des Projekts ist es, die soziale Aktivität und den Beruf bis zum 30.06.2019 zu erhöhen. 60(36K) von Armut und/oder sozialer Ausgrenzung bedrohte Personen, Bestellung im Projektbereich und Aufnahme einer Beschäftigung für mindestens 15 bis 4 Wochen ab Ende der Projektteilnahme. Das Projekt sieht folgende Formen der Unterstützung vor: 1)Berufsaktivierung, einschließlich: —Motivations- und Integrationsworkshops -Entwicklung eines individuellen Wiedereingliederungswegs -individuelle Beratungspsychologin. —Ausbildungskompetenzen und -kompetenzen der Gesellschaft. —individuelle Fachberatung 2)Berufsbildung entsprechend den Bedürfnissen des lokalen Arbeitsmarktes 3)Beihilfe für den Einstieg in den Arbeitsmarkt, einschließlich: —Aktive Arbeitssuche Workshops – Business-Workshops -Unterstützung bei der Suche nach Arbeitsplätzen – Stellenvermittlungen. Das Projekt richtet sich an Personen, die von Armut und/oder sozialer Ausgrenzung bedroht sind, im Alter von 15 bis 64 Jahren (einschließlich Arbeitslose, die nach dem Gesetz über die Förderung der Beschäftigung und der Arbeitsmarkteinrichtungen in der dritten Gruppe von Personen liegen), deren Reihenfolge sich in den folgenden Gemeinden befindet: Bartoszycki-Bisztynek, Górowo Ił (Land, Stadt), Sępopol, Bartoszyce(ländlich); Kętrzyński-Korsze, Reszel, Barciany, Kętrzyn (ländlich), Srokowo; Peak-Pasym, Cratters, Jedwabno, Rozogi, Szczytno (ländlich), Świętajno, Wielbark (ausgenommen Personen, die eine Freiheitsstrafe verbüßen). 60(36K), die von Armut oder sozialer Ausgrenzung bedroht sind, einschließlich 6 SA, werden im Rahmen des Projekts unterstützt. Aufgrund der ausgeübten Tätigkeiten, Qualifikationen von 48 Personen, 4 Personen werden eine Beschäftigung suchen, 15 Personen werden eine Beschäftigung aufnehmen.
