Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób bezrobotnych w wieku powyżej 29 roku życia w mieście Elblągu i powiecie elbląskim. Uczestnikami projektu będą osoby bezrobotne w wieku powyżej 29 roku życia, znajdujące się w grupie pierwszej – bezrobotni aktywni (I profil pomocy) lub w grupie drugiej – bezrobotni wymagający wsparcia (II profil pomocy), dodatkowo spełniające co najmniej jedno z poniższych kryteriów: a) są osobami długotrwale bezrobotnymi b) są osobami niepełnosprawnymi c) są osobami powyżej 50 roku życia d) są kobietami e) są osobami niskowykwalifikowanymi, tj. osobami o niskich kwalifikacjach. Zaplanowano następujące formy wsparcia: - staże – 163 osób, - jednorazowe środki na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej (dotacje) – 35 osób, - refundacje kosztów wyposażenia lub doposażenia stanowisk pracy – 67 osób, - prace interwencyjne – 18 osób. Ogółem w ramach projektu wsparciem zostanie objętych 283 osób. Okres realizacji projektu: 01.09.2015-30.06.2016 (projekt zakłada, że proces rekrutacji uczestników projektu zakończy się do 31.12.2015 r.). Projekt zakłada osiągnięcie wskaźnika efektywności zatrudnieniowej: a) ogólny wskaźnik efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla uczestników nie kwalifikujących się do żadnej z poniżej wymienionych grup docelowych (wskazanych w pkt. b, c, d) na poziomie co najmniej - 38%, b) dla osób niepełnosprawnych - wskaźnik efektywności zatrudnieniowej na poziomie co najmniej - 12%, c) dla osób długotrwale bezrobotnych - wskaźnik efektywności zatrudnieniowej na poziomie co najmniej - 30%, d) dla osób o niskich kwalifikacjach - wskaźnik efektywności zatrudnieniowej na poziomie co najmniej - 31%. The aim of the project is to increase the employability of unemployed people over the age of 29 in the city of Elbląg and Elbląg County. Participants in the project will be unemployed persons over the age of 29, who are in group one – active unemployed (I aid profile) or in group two – unemployed persons requiring support (II aid profile), additionally fulfilling at least one of the following criteria: a) they are long-term unemployed (b) are disabled (c) they are persons over 50 years of age (d) they are women e) they are low-skilled, i.e. low-skilled persons. The following forms of support are planned: — traineeships – 163 people, – one-off funds for starting a business (grants) – 35 people, – refunds of the cost of equipment or retrofitting of workplaces – 67 people, – intervention work – 18 people. A total of 283 people will be supported under the project. Period of implementation of the project: 01.09.2015-30.06.2016 (the project assumes that the recruitment process of project participants will be completed by 31.12.2015). The project assumes the achievement of the employment efficiency index: a) the overall employment efficiency index for participants not eligible for any of the following target groups (referred to in points b, c, d) of at least – 38 %, (b) for disabled persons – employment efficiency ratio of at least – 12 %, (c) for the long-term unemployed – an employment efficiency index of at least – 30 %, (d) for low-skilled persons – an employment efficiency index of at least – 31 %. L’objectif du projet est d’accroître les possibilités d’emploi pour les chômeurs âgés de plus de 29 ans dans la ville d’Elbląg et dans le district d’Elbląg. Les participants au projet seront les chômeurs âgés de plus de 29 ans qui font partie du premier groupe — chômeurs actifs (profil d’aide I) ou 2 — chômeurs ayant besoin d’aide (deuxième profil d’aide), répondant en outre à au moins un des critères suivants: a) sont sans emploi de longue durée b) les personnes handicapées c) ont plus de 50 ans d) sont des femmes e) sont peu qualifiées, c’est-à-dire peu qualifiées. Les formes de soutien suivantes sont prévues: — stages — 163 personnes, — mesures ponctuelles de création d’entreprise (subventions) — 35 personnes, — remboursement des frais d’équipement ou d’aménagement des postes de travail — 67 personnes, — travail d’intervention — 18 personnes. Au total, 283 personnes bénéficieront d’un soutien dans le cadre du projet. Durée du projet: 01.09.2015-30.06.2016 (le projet suppose que le processus de recrutement des participants au projet sera achevé d’ici le 31.12.2015). Le projet suppose l’atteinte de l’indicateur de performance en matière d’emploi: un taux global de performance en matière d’emploi pour les participants non éligibles à l’un des groupes cibles suivants (comme indiqué aux points b, c) et d) d’au moins — 38 %, b) pour les personnes handicapées — un taux d’efficacité de l’emploi d’au moins — 12 %, c) pour les chômeurs de longue durée — un taux d’efficacité de l’emploi d’au moins — 30 %, d) pour les personnes peu qualifiées, un taux d’emploi d’au moins — 31 %. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten für Arbeitslose im Alter von über 29 Jahren in der Stadt Elbląg und im Bezirk Elbląg zu erhöhen. Teilnehmer des Projekts sind Arbeitslose über 29 Jahre alt, die sich in der ersten Gruppe befinden – erwerbstätige Arbeitslose (I-Hilfe-Profil) oder in der Gruppe zwei – Arbeitslosen, die Unterstützung benötigen (zweites Hilfsprofil), zusätzlich mindestens eines der folgenden Kriterien erfüllen: a) Langzeitarbeitslose sind b) Menschen mit Behinderungen c) sind über 50 Jahre alt d) Frauen e) sind gering qualifizierte, d. h. gering qualifizierte. Folgende Formen der Unterstützung sind geplant: — Praktika – 163 Personen, – einmalige Maßnahmen für die Gründung eines Unternehmens (Zuschüsse) – 35 Personen, – Erstattung der Kosten für Ausrüstung oder Umrüstung von Arbeitsplätzen – 67 Personen, – Interventionsarbeiten – 18 Personen. Insgesamt werden im Rahmen des Projekts 283 Personen unterstützt. Laufzeit des Projekts: 01.09.2015-30.06.2016 (Projekt geht davon aus, dass der Prozess der Rekrutierung von Projektteilnehmern bis zum 31.12.2015 abgeschlossen sein wird). Das Projekt geht von der Erreichung des Indikators „Beschäftigungsleistung“ aus: Gesamtbeschäftigungsleistungsquote für Teilnehmer, die nicht für eine der folgenden Zielgruppen in Frage kommen (wie unter den Buchstaben b, c, d) von mindestens – 38 %, b) für Menschen mit Behinderungen – eine Beschäftigungseffizienzquote von mindestens – 12 %, c) für Langzeitarbeitslose – eine Beschäftigungseffizienzquote von mindestens – 30 %, d) für Geringqualifizierte, eine Beschäftigungsquote von mindestens – 31 %.
