El proyecto presentado consiste en ampliar la infraestructura de la empresa para continuar su adaptación a la industria 4.0. Se incorporan en dos líneas nuevas de producción de series cortas y prototipos y se adaptan dos de las existentes mediante actualizaciones de software y hardware. La tecnología que se pretende implantar incluye trazabilidad a nivel componente, registro de medidas eléctricas de todos los componentes pasivos y preparación de reportes de medidas para su registro, comunicación con el sistema de almacenamiento automático, monitorización del stock a tiempo real, conectividad entre las dos estaciones nuevas y las dos actualizadas y planificación conjunta de la producción para las cuatro líneas._x000D_ El presupuesto incluye un almacén robotizado ISM3600 - ISM3900 con proyecto de integración/Comunicación entre máquinas de montaje ofertado por Surface Mount Technology Europe SLU SMT EUROPE y 2 estaciones Pick and Place MY300DX-17 ofertadas por A.B. Das vorgestellte Projekt soll die Infrastruktur des Unternehmens erweitern, um die Anpassung an Industrie 4.0 fortzusetzen. Sie werden in zwei neue Produktionslinien von Kurzserien und Prototypen integriert und zwei der bestehenden werden durch Software- und Hardware-Upgrades angepasst.
