Niniejszy projekt polega na termomodernizacji budynku użyteczności publicznej – Urzędu Gminy w Świętajnie. Dotyczy on głębokiej i kompleksowej modernizacji energetycznej budynku publicznego. Zakres rzeczowy inwestycji obejmuje: Docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych (łącznie z fundamentowymi), Docieplenie dachu. W ramach prac przygotowawczych opracowano dokumentację projektu w skład której wchodzi: Audyt energetyczny , Studium wykonalności. Grupą docelową projektu są: petenci i pracownicy Urzędu Gminy, mieszkańcy gminy Świętajno i okolic. Nie przewidziano zagrożeń dla realizacji projektu. Gmina Świętajno posiada prawo do dysponowania gruntami, na których realizowana będzie inwestycja. Wnioskodawca dysponuje doświadczoną w realizacji projektów kadrą, środki na pokrycie wkładu własnego zostaną zabezpieczone w budżecie gminy. Projekt jest gotowy do wdrożenia. Projekt wpisuje się w założenia określone w SzOOP RPO WiM Osi Priorytetowej 4 Efektywność energetyczna poprzez obniżenie zużycia energii pierwotnej w budynkach publicznych oraz spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych do atmosfery. Zgodnie z przeprowadzonym Audytem Energetycznym dla budynku Urzędu Gminy, dzięki realizacji projektu efektywność energetyczna zostanie osiągnięta na poziomie 50,50%, spadnie emisja gazów cieplarnianych do atmosfery w ilości 47,06 ton równoważnika CO2/rok, a ilość energii cieplnej jaka zostanie zaoszczędzona w ramach projektu wyniesie 358,17 GJ/rok. This project consists of the thermomodernisation of the public utility building – the Municipal Office in Świętojno. It concerns a deep and comprehensive energy modernisation of the public building. The material scope of the investment shall include: Warming of external walls (including foundations), roof warming. As part of the preparatory work, a project documentation consisting of: Energy audit, feasibility study. The project’s target group shall be: petitioners and employees of the Municipal Office, residents of the commune of Świjno and surrounding areas. There are no risks to the implementation of the project. The municipality of Świjno has the right to dispose of the land on which the investment will be carried out. The applicant has experienced staff in the implementation of projects, funds to cover the own contribution will be secured in the municipality’s budget. The project is ready for implementation. The project fits into the assumptions set out in the SzOOP RPO of WiM Priority Axis 4 Energy Efficiency by reducing primary energy consumption in public buildings and reducing greenhouse gas emissions into the atmosphere. According to the Energy Audit for the Municipal Office building, energy efficiency will be achieved at 50.50 % thanks to the project, emissions of greenhouse gases to the atmosphere in the amount of 47.06 tonnes CO2/year will fall, and the amount of heat that will be saved within the project will be 358.17 GJ/year. Ce projet consiste en la thermomodernisation du bâtiment d’utilité publique — le bureau municipal de Świętajno. Il s’agit de la modernisation énergétique approfondie et complète du bâtiment public. Le champ d’application matériel de l’investissement comprend: Isolation des murs extérieurs (y compris les fondations), réchauffement du toit. Dans le cadre des travaux préparatoires, la documentation du projet a été élaborée, comprenant: Audit énergétique, étude de faisabilité. Les groupes cibles du projet sont les suivants: pétitionnaires et employés du bureau municipal, résidents de la commune de Świętajno et des environs. Aucun risque n’est prévu pour la mise en œuvre du projet. La commune de Świętajno a le droit de disposer du terrain sur lequel l’investissement sera réalisé. Le demandeur dispose d’un personnel expérimenté dans la mise en œuvre des projets et les fonds destinés à couvrir la contribution propre seront garantis dans le budget de la municipalité. Le projet est prêt à être mis en œuvre. Le projet est conforme aux hypothèses énoncées dans la priorité 4 de l’axe SzOOP WiM WiM en réduisant la consommation d’énergie primaire dans les bâtiments publics et en réduisant les émissions de gaz à effet de serre dans l’atmosphère. Selon l’audit énergétique du bâtiment municipal, grâce à la mise en œuvre du projet, l’efficacité énergétique sera atteinte à 50,50 %, les émissions de gaz à effet de serre dans l’atmosphère diminueront de 47,06 tonnes équivalent CO2/an, et la quantité d’énergie thermique à économiser dans le cadre du projet sera de 358,17 GJ/an. Dieses Projekt besteht in der Thermomodernisierung des öffentlichen Versorgungsgebäudes – der Stadtverwaltung in Świętajno. Sie betrifft die tiefgreifende und umfassende Energiemodernisierung des öffentlichen Gebäudes. Der wesentliche Umfang der Investition umfasst: Isolierung der Außenwände (einschließlich Fundamente), Dacherwärmung. Im Rahmen der Vorbereitungsarbeiten wurde die Projektdokumentation erstellt, die Folgendes umfasste: Energieaudit, Machbarkeitsstudie. Die Zielgruppen des Projekts sind: Petenten und Angestellte des Gemeindeamtes, Einwohner der Gemeinde Świętajno und Umgebung. Es sind keine Risiken für die Durchführung des Projekts vorgesehen. Die Gemeinde Świętajno hat das Recht, über das Grundstück zu verfügen, auf dem die Investition durchgeführt wird. Der Antragsteller verfügt über Erfahrung mit der Durchführung der Projekte, und die Mittel zur Deckung des Eigenbeitrags werden im Haushalt der Gemeinde gesichert. Das Projekt ist bereit, umgesetzt zu werden. Das Projekt steht im Einklang mit den Annahmen des SzOOP ROP WiM Prioritätsachse 4 Energieeffizienz durch Senkung des Primärenergieverbrauchs in öffentlichen Gebäuden und Verringerung der Treibhausgasemissionen in die Atmosphäre. Nach dem Energieaudit für das Gemeindegebäude wird dank der Umsetzung des Projekts die Energieeffizienz bei 50,50 % erreicht, die Treibhausgasemissionen in die Atmosphäre werden in Höhe von 47,06 Tonnen CO2-Äquivalent/Jahr sinken, und die im Rahmen des Projekts zu sparende Wärmeenergie beträgt 358.17 GJ/Jahr.
