Przedmiotem projektu pn. Rozbudowa drogi powiatowej - budowa ścieżki rowerowej Łynostrada, na odcinku Knopin-Swobodna jest budowa i oznakowanie ścieżki rowerowej (przez Gminę Dobre Miasto, siedziba: ul. Warszawska 14, 11-040 Dobre Miasto) wraz z infrastrukturą towarzyszącą. Planowana inwestycja zlokalizowana jest na działkach: Obręb: 0011 Knopin, działki: 71, 4/2, 4/1, 174, 120, 4/3, 176, 122/4, 122/3, 122/8, 122/5, 122/6, 121, 178/6, 178/1, 178/3, 178/4, 177, 175, 171, 163/2, 173/4, 173/1, 184, 185; Obręb: 0015 Swobodna, działki: 23, 17, 20, 22, 27, 28/2, 28/1, 19, 21, 24, 25 , 26, 15, 14, 13, 12. Szczegółowy zakres projektu obejmuje: 1.budowa ścieżki rowerowej na całej długości rozbudowywanej drogi o nawierzchni bitumicznej 2.budowa chodnika na części proj. odcinka 3.budowa zjazdów publicznych i indywidualnych wzdłuż rozbudowywanej drogi o nawierzchni bitumicznej 4.rozbudowa przepustów pod koroną drogi, w miejscu ścieżki rowerowej 5.wykonaniu oznakowania pionowego i poziomego 6.wykonaniu urządzeń bezpieczeństwa ruchu min. wykonaniu barierek ochronnych typu „olsztyńskiego” 7.budowa oświetlenia drogowego – 6 lamp solarnych na przejściach dla pieszych i przejazdach rowerowych 8.wycinka drzew i krzewów Realizacja przedsięwzięcia jest oczekiwana od wielu lat przez mieszkańców i określana mianem priorytetowej. Jest ona typowym przejawem oddolnej inicjatywy na tym obszarze. Bowiem sami mieszkańcy zabiegali w Gminie o budowę ścieżki rowerowej prowadzącej nad okoliczne jezioro (Limajno). Znajduje się tam uczęszczane przez okolicznych mieszkańców i turystów kąpielisko miejskie. Jego niska dostępność komunikacyjna wpływa jednak negatywnie na liczbę turystów odwiedzających ten zakątek dziedzictwa naturalnego WM i przekłada się na niski wzrost gospodarczy w Gminie. Expansion of the county road – construction of the Łynostrada bicycle path, on the Knopin-Sfree section there is the construction and marking of the bicycle path (through the Municipality of Good City, seat: ul. The planned investment is located on the plots of: Part of: 0011 Knopin, parcels: 71, 4/2, 4/1, 174, 120, 4/3, 176, 122/4, 122/3, 122/8, 122/5, 122/6, 121, 178/6, 178/1, 178/3, 4, 4, 175, ー, ー, ー/ー, ー/S; Part of: 0015 Freedom, parcels: 23, 17, 20, 22, 27, 28/2, 28/1, 19, 21, 24, 25, 26, 15, 14, 13, 12. The specific scope of the project includes: 1. construction of the bicycle path on the entire length of the extended road with bituminous pavement 2. construction of pavement on the part of the project section 3.construction of public and individual exits along the extended road with bituminous surface 4.Expansion of culverts under the crown of the road, in the place of the cycle path 5.execution of vertical marking and horizontal 6. It is a typical sign of bottom-up initiative in this area. The inhabitants themselves sought the construction of a bicycle path leading to the nearby lake (Limajno). It is home to the town’s local residents and tourists. However, its low communication availability negatively affects the number of tourists visiting this corner of WM’s natural heritage and translates into low economic growth in the commune. L’objet du projet: Extension de la route de district — construction de la piste cyclable Łynostrada, sur le tronçon Knopin-Swobodna est la construction et le marquage d’une piste cyclable (à travers la municipalité de Dobre Miasto, le siège de: St. Varsovie 14, 11-040 Good Town) avec l’infrastructure d’accompagnement. L’investissement prévu est situé sur des parcelles de terrain: Zone: 0011 Knopin, parcelles: 71, 4/2, 4/1, 174, 120, 4/3, 176, 122/4, 122/3, 122/8, 122/5, 122/6, 121, 178/6, 178/1, 178/3, 178/4, 177, 175, 171, 163/2, 173/4, 173/1, 184, 185; Zone: 0015 Terrain libre: 23, 17, 20, 22, 27, 28/2, 28/1, 19, 21, 24, 25, 26, 15, 14, 13, 12. Le champ d’application détaillé du projet comprend: 1.construction d’une piste cyclable sur toute la longueur de la route étendue avec surface bitumineuse 2.construction du trottoir sur le proj. section 3.construction de sorties publiques et individuelles le long de la route étendue avec surface bitumineuse 4.Expansion des ponceaux sous la couronne de la route, sur le site de la piste cyclable 5.l’exécution du marquage vertical et horizontale 6.exécution des dispositifs de sécurité de la circulation, min. l’exécution de barrières de protection du type «olsztyn» 7.construction de l’éclairage routier — 6 lampes solaires aux passages piétonniers et aux passages cyclables 8. C’est un signe typique d’une initiative populaire dans ce domaine. Dans la municipalité, les habitants eux-mêmes ont cherché à construire une piste cyclable menant au lac voisin (Limajno). Il y a une piscine urbaine fréquentée par les résidents locaux et les touristes. Toutefois, sa faible accessibilité a un impact négatif sur le nombre de touristes qui visitent cette partie du patrimoine naturel de WM et se traduit par une faible croissance économique dans la municipalité. Gegenstand des Projekts: Erweiterung der Kreisstraße – Bau des Radweges Łynostrada, auf dem Abschnitt Knopin-Swobodna ist der Bau und die Markierung eines Radweges (durch die Gemeinde Dobre Miasto, der Sitz von: St. Warschau 14, 11-040 Gute Stadt) mit zugehöriger Infrastruktur. Die geplante Investition befindet sich auf Grundstücken: Bereich: 0011 Knopin, Grundstücke: 71, 4/2, 4/1, 174, 120, 4/3, 176, 122/4, 122/3, 122/8, 122/5, 122/6, 121, 178/6, 178/1, 178/3, 178/4, 177, 175, 171, 163/2, 173/4, 173/1, 184, 185; Bereich: 0015 Freiland: 23, 17, 20, 22, 27, 28/2, 28/1, 19, 21, 24, 25, 26, 15, 14, 13, 12. Der detaillierte Umfang des Projekts umfasst: 1.Bau eines Fahrradweges auf der gesamten Länge der ausgedehnten Straße mit bituminöser Oberfläche 2.Bau des Bürgersteigs auf dem proj. Abschnitt 3.Bau von öffentlichen und individuellen Ausfahrten entlang der ausgedehnten Straße mit bituminöser Oberfläche 4.Ausbau von kulverts unter der Krone der Straße, an der Stelle des Radweges 5.die Ausführung der vertikalen Markierung und horizontale 6.Ausführung von Verkehrssicherheitseinrichtungen, min. die Ausführung von Schutzbarrieren des Typs „olsztyn“ 7.Bau der Straßenbeleuchtung – 6 Solarlampen an Fußgängerübergängen und Fahrradübergängen 8. Schneiden von Bäumen und Sträuchern. Die Durchführung des Projekts wird für viele Jahre von den Bewohnern erwartet und als Priorität bezeichnet. Es ist ein typisches Zeichen der Basisinitiative in diesem Bereich. In der Gemeinde versuchten die Bewohner selbst einen Radweg zu bauen, der zum nahegelegenen See (Limajno) führt. Es gibt ein städtisches Schwimmbad, das von Einheimischen und Touristen besucht wird. Die geringe Zugänglichkeit wirkt sich jedoch negativ auf die Zahl der Touristen aus, die diesen Teil des Naturerbes der WM besuchen, und führt zu einem geringen Wirtschaftswachstum in der Gemeinde.
