Przedmiotem projektu są prac termomod. w budynku (Święta Lipka 16, 11-440 Święta Lipka, nr działki: 24/2, 33/4, 35/7, 35/9, 35/10) zakres: Docieplenie stropu pod nieogrzewanym poddaszem poprzez zastosowanie warstwy izolacji termiczne), Docieplenie podłogi poprzez zastosowanie warstwy izolacji term., Wymiana okien i drzwi na bardziej szczelne i energooszczędne modernizacja instalacji CO poprzez modyfikację kotła gazowego-zastosowanie palnika modulowanego. Modernizacja instalacji CWU poprzez modyfikację kotła gazowego-zastosowanie palnika modulowanego. Modernizacja systemu wentylacji pośrednio realizowana poprzez wymianę stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej. Modernizacja instalacji oświetlenia instalacja PV (150szt, moc 1panela 265W) Montaż kolektorów słon. (40 szt, pow. absorbera:2,35 m2, moc kolektora:560 W/m2) Szczegółowy opis w sw i zał 10.
