Celem głównym jest poprawa sytuacji zawod. i społecznej 30 K po 29 r.ż., zamieszkujących pow. konecki (w tym: 4 K z niepełnospr. i 12K z wykszt. max gimnazjalnym), które są bezrobotne (24 K w tym 6K długotrwale bezrob. wyłącznie z I i II profilem pomocy) lub bierne zawod. (6K), poprzez udział w/w osób w kompleksowym programie aktywiz. zawod. tj. poradnictwo indywidualne (w tym opracow. IPD) i grupowe, szkolenia, staże. Indywidualne podejście do uczest. pozwoli uwzgl. w procesie aktywizacji ich specyficzne potrzeby psychologiczne, predyspozycje i oczekiwania wzgl. udziału w proj. i zniwelować bariery przystąpienia przez nich do proj. W proj. udział mogą brać os z pow. koneckiego spełniające kryteria gr docelowej (rekrut.otwarta z zachow. zasady niedyskrymin. i równości szans dostępu m.in. K i ON). The main objective is to improve the professional and social situation of 30 K after 29 years of age, living in Konecki (including: 4 K with a disability and 12K with upper secondary education) who are unemployed (24 K of which 6K long-term unemployment only with I and II profile of the aid) or passive profession. (6K), through participation in the above-mentioned persons in a comprehensive programme of professional activation, i.e. individual counselling (including studies). IPD) and group training, traineeships. Individual approach to participation will allow, in the process of activating their specific psychological needs, predispositions and expectations to participate in the project and to remove barriers to their accession to the project. The project may be attended by a Konecki district that meets the criteria of the target game (open from the maintenance of non-discriminatory principles and equal opportunities for access, among others. K and ON). Project led in the project office in Horses (classes in Horses). Period of implementation. project: 01.08.2016-30.06.2017. Amount of funding: It’s EUR 446812.60. L’objectif principal est d’améliorer la situation professionnelle et sociale de 30 000 personnes après l’âge de 29 ans, vivant dans la région de Konecki (y compris: 4 K à partir de la partie-pr. et 12K avec un enseignement secondaire maximum), qui sont sans emploi (24 K dont 6K chômage de longue durée avec seulement 1er et 2ème profil d’aide) ou profession passive. (6K), par la participation des personnes susmentionnées à un programme complet d’activisme de la profession, c’est-à-dire des conseils individuels (y compris des études). Une approche individuelle de la participation permettra de tenir compte de leurs besoins psychologiques spécifiques, de leur prédisposition et de leurs attentes ou de leur participation au projet dans le processus de les activer et d’éliminer les obstacles à leur participation au projet. La participation au projet peut être faite à partir de la zone de Konecki répondant aux critères du jeu cible (recrutement.ouvert avec les principes de non-discrimination. et l’égalité des chances d’accès, entre autres.
