Proj. proponuje rozwój kompetencji i umiejętności zawod. os. dorosłych przygotowujący do pracy w spawalnictwie zgodnie z międzynarodowymi standardami i odpowiadający na potrzeby lok. pracodawców. CEL GŁÓWNY PROJEKTU:Wzrost kwalifikacji i kompetencji zawod. u min. 90% os. w grupie 160 os.(w tym 6K) dorosłych z własnej inicjatywy zainteresow. podnoszeniem kwalifikacji i kompetencji zawodowych z woj. warmińsko-mazurskiego poprzez realizację kompleksowego procesu odpowiadającego na potrzeby lokalnych pracodawców i przygotowującego do pracy w spawalnictwie zg. z międzynarodowymi standardami w terminie od II 2018r. do II 2021r. Głównym zad. w proj. jest kompleksowe wsparcie os. dorosłych w podnoszeniu poz. kompetencji i umiejętności zawod. Proponujemy kompleksowy proces przygotowujący UP do zdobycia 3 poziomów kwalifikacji wg prog. Międzynarodowego Instytutu Spawalnictwa i Europejskiej Federacji Spawalniczej. The project proposes the development of competences and skills of the adult profession preparing for work in welding in accordance with international standards and responding to the needs of employers’ place. Main objective of the project:Increasing qualifications and professional competences at least 90 % of people in the group of 160 people (including 6K) adults on their own initiative, raising qualifications and professional competences from the Warmia-Mazury Voivodeship through a comprehensive process responding to the needs of local employers and preparing for work in welding according to international standards in the period from II 2018 to II 2021. Le projet propose le développement des compétences et des aptitudes de la profession adulte se préparant au travail de soudage conformément aux normes internationales et répondant aux besoins des employeurs. Das Projekt schlägt die Entwicklung von Kompetenzen und Fähigkeiten der erwachsenen Berufe vor, die sich auf die Arbeit im Schweißen gemäß internationalen Standards vorbereiten und den Bedürfnissen der Arbeitgeber gerecht werden. Hauptziel: Qualifikationen und berufliche Kompetenzen für mindestens 90 % der Personen in der Gruppe von 160 Personen (einschließlich 6K) Erwachsener aus eigener Initiative. Verbesserung der Qualifikationen und beruflichen Kompetenzen der Woiwodschaft Warmińsko-Mazurskie durch die Umsetzung eines umfassenden Prozesses, der den Bedürfnissen der lokalen Arbeitgeber entspricht und sich auf die Arbeit im Schweißen zwischen dem 2. 2018 und dem 2. 2021 vorbereitet.
