POWIAT KAZIMIERSKI/POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY W KAZIMIERZY WIELKIEJ

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób bezrobotnych powyżej 29 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie kazimierskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie pracy przez 44 osoby bezrobotne zarejestrowanych w PUP. W ramach projektu wsparciem zostanie objętych 52 osoby powyżej 29 roku życia zakwalifikowanych do I i II profilu pomocy.W ramach projektu, dla każdego uczestnika przedstawiona zostanie oferta aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzona analizą umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy w postaci: staży dla 43 osób, prac interwencyjnych dla 3 osób, szkoleń zawodowych dla 1 osoby, doposażenia lub wyposażenia stanowiska pracy dla 1 osoby oraz udzielenie dotacji 4 osobom. W grupie tej będzie 29 kobiet, 6 osób powyżej 50 roku życia, 20 osób długotrwale bezrobotne, 3 osoby niepełnosprawne, 16 osób o niskich kwalifikacjach, 4 osoby podejmie działalność gospodarczą. Informacje o projekcie zostaną zamieszczone na tablicach ogłoszeń Urzędu oraz na stronie internetowej. Pracodawcy współpracujący z naszym Urzędem będą informowani o możliwościach i korzyściach wynikających z aktywizacji osób bezrobotnych w ramach projektu. Uczestnicy w trakcie udziału w projekcie pozyskają możliwości zdobycia doświadczenia zawodowego, podwyższenia, nabycia lub uzupełnienia umiejętności i kwalifikacji zawodowych, nabycia praktycznych umiejętności na stanowisku pracy dla danego zawodu, pozyskania środków na podjęcie własnej działalności gospodarczej. Rezultatem końcowym projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez: 48% osób nie kwalifikujących się do żadnej z grup w projekcie, 25 % dla osób niepełnosprawnych, 35 % dla osób długotrwale bezrobotnych oraz 36% dla osób o niskich kwalifikacjach zawodowych. The aim of the project is to increase the employability of unemployed people over 29 years of age who are unemployed in the Kazimier district. The main result of the project will be the employment of 44 unemployed persons registered in the PUP. The project will support 52 people over 29 years of age qualified for the first and second aid profiles.As part of the project, the offer of professional activation will be presented for each participant, preceded by analysis of skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant concerned. On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments in the form of: traineeships for 43 persons, intervention work for 3 people, vocational training for 1 person, retrofitting or equipping a workstation for 1 person and granting grants to 4 persons. This group will include 29 women, 6 people over the age of 50, 20 long-term unemployed, 3 disabled people, 16 low-skilled people, 4 people going into business. Information about the project will be provided on the notice boards of the Office and on the website. Employers cooperating with our Office will be informed about opportunities and benefits resulting from activation of unemployed persons within the project. Participants during participation in the project will gain opportunities to gain professional experience, increase, acquire or supplement professional skills and qualifications, acquire practical skills at the workplace for a given profession, gain funds to take up their own business activity. The final result of the project will be to take up employment by: 48 % of people not eligible for any group in the project, 25 % for the disabled, 35 % for the long-term unemployed and 36 % for the low-skilled. L’objectif de ce projet est d’accroître les possibilités d’emploi des chômeurs de plus de 29 ans qui sont sans emploi dans le district du Kazakhstan. Le principal résultat du projet sera 44 chômeurs inscrits à l’OLP. Dans le cadre du projet, 52 personnes de plus de 29 ans qualifiées pour les premier et deuxième profils d’assistance seront soutenues. Dans le cadre du projet, une offre d’activation professionnelle sera présentée pour chaque participant, précédée d’une analyse des compétences, des prédispositions et des problèmes professionnels du participant concerné. Sur cette base, l’OLP fournira des services et des instruments du marché du travail sélectionnés de manière appropriée sous la forme: stages pour 43 personnes, travail d’intervention pour 3 personnes, formation professionnelle pour 1 personne, aménagement ou aménagement d’un poste de travail pour 1 personne et octroi de bourses à 4 personnes. Ce groupe comprendra 29 femmes, 6 personnes de plus de 50 ans, 20 chômeurs de longue durée, 3 personnes handicapées, 16 personnes peu qualifiées, 4 personnes qui créent une entreprise. Les informations sur le projet seront publiées sur les panneaux d’affichage de l’Office et sur le site Web. Au cours de la participation au projet, les participants auront la possibilité d’acquérir une expérience professionnelle, d’accroître, d’acquérir ou de compléter les compétences et qualifications professionnelles, d’acquérir des compétences pratiques sur un emploi donné pour une profession donnée, d’acquérir des fonds pour démarrer leur propre entreprise. Le résultat final du projet sera d’accéder à l’emploi par: 48 % des personnes ne pouvant bénéficier d’aucun des groupes du projet, 25 % des personnes handicapées, 35 % des chômeurs de longue durée et 36 % des personnes peu qualifiées. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten von Arbeitslosen über 29 Jahren, die im Bezirk Kasachstan arbeitslos sind, zu erhöhen. Das Hauptergebnis des Projekts wird 44 bei der PLO registrierte Arbeitslose sein. Im Rahmen des Projekts werden 52 Personen, die über 29 Jahre alt sind, die für das erste und zweite Unterstützungsprofil qualifiziert sind, unterstützt. Im Rahmen des Projekts wird für jeden Teilnehmer ein Angebot zur beruflichen Aktivierung vorgelegt, dem eine Analyse der Fähigkeiten, Prädispositionen und beruflichen Probleme des betreffenden Teilnehmers vorausgeht. Auf dieser Grundlage wird die PLO angemessen ausgewählte Dienstleistungen und Arbeitsmarktinstrumente in Form von Praktika für 43 Personen, Interventionsarbeit für 3 Personen, Berufsausbildung für 1 Person, Nachrüstung oder Einrichtung eines Arbeitsplatzes für 1 Person und Gewährung von Zuschüssen für 4 Personen. Diese Gruppe umfasst 29 Frauen, 6 Personen über 50 Jahre, 20 Langzeitarbeitslose, 3 Menschen mit Behinderungen, 16 gering qualifizierte Menschen, 4 Personen, die ein Unternehmen gründen. Informationen über das Projekt werden in den Bekanntmachungsgremien des Amtes und auf der Website veröffentlicht. Arbeitgeber, die mit unserem Büro zusammenarbeiten, werden über die Möglichkeiten und Vorteile der Aktivierung von Arbeitslosen im Rahmen des Projekts informiert. Während der Projektteilnahme erhalten die Teilnehmer Gelegenheiten, Berufserfahrung zu sammeln, berufliche Fähigkeiten und Qualifikationen zu erweitern, zu erwerben oder zu ergänzen, praktische Fähigkeiten an einem Arbeitsplatz für einen bestimmten Beruf zu erwerben, Mittel für die Gründung ihres eigenen Unternehmens zu erwerben. Das Endergebnis des Projekts wird darin bestehen, eine Beschäftigung aufzunehmen durch: 48 % der Personen, die nicht für eine der Projektgruppen in Frage kommen, 25 % für Menschen mit Behinderungen, 35 % für Langzeitarbeitslose und 36 % für Geringqualifizierte.
