Cel projektu: j.w. Zadania: 1.Doskonalenie zawodowe 10 nauczycieli ze SP nr 4 w Olecku oraz 5 nauczycieli ze SP w Świętajnie. 2.Zajęcia z informatyki i robotyki dla 60 uczniów SP nr 4 w Olecku i 30 uczniów SP w Świętajnie szkołach oraz doposażenie pracowni informatyki w szkołach i modernizacja programu nauczania. 3.Zajęcia z przyrody dla 32 uczniów SP nr 4 w Olecku i 36 uczniów SP w Świętajnie szkołach oraz doposażenie pracowni przyrody w szkołach i modernizacja programu nauczania. 4.Zajęcia z jęz. ang. dla 21 uczniów SP w Świętajnie oraz doposażenie pracowni przyrody w szkołach i modernizacja programu nauczania. 5.Wsparcie psychologiczne i/lub socjoterapeutyczne uczniów SP nr 4 w Olecku oraz SP w Świętajnie. Grupy docelowe: - szkoły podstawowe (SP nr 4 w Olecku oraz SP w Świętajnie) - poprawią jakość nauczania, zmodernizują bazę dydaktyczną i programy nauczania, podniosą kompetencje nauczycieli, co pozwoli na zachowanie trwałości projektu; - uczniowie ww. szkół - bezpośredni odbiorcy wsparcia objęci zajęciami dodatkowymi, a także nowymi programami nauczania i nauką na zmodernizowanym zapleczu sprzętowym; - rodziny uczniów (rodzice / opiekunowie prawni) - pośrednio, jako osoby decyzyjne o przystąpieniu do projektu niepełnoletnich uczniów; - nauczyciele - zaangażowani w proces podnoszenia jakości kształcenia, poprawią swoje kompetencje i wdrożą nowe rozwiązania w szkołach. Efekty projektu / Produkty: - 5 zmodernizowanych programów nauczania (2x informatyka, 2x przyroda, 1x j.ang.); - 5 doposażonych pracowni szkolnych (2x informatyka, 2x przyroda, 1x j.ang.) - wzrost jakości nauczania w zakresie 3 przedmiotów; - wsparcie rozwoju uczniów i rodziców w efekcie pracy psychologa i zajęć terapeutycznych; - wyrównanie deficytów poprzez zajęcia dla 12 uczniów o trudnościach w danym zakresie; - wsparcie rozwoju 32 uczniów uzdolnionych; - rozwój kompetencji kluczowych 199 uczniów; - podniesienie kompetencji 15 nauczycieli. Objective of the project: tasks: 1.Professional excellence 10 teachers from SP No 4 in Oleck and 5 teachers from the SP in Christmas. 2.Photos in computer science and robotics for 60 students of SP No. 4 in Oleck and 30 students of the SP in Christmas schools, as well as retrofitting of a computer lab in schools and modernisation of the curriculum. 3. Nature classes for 32 students SP no.4 in Oleck and 36 SP students in Holy Schools, as well as retrofitting the nature studio in schools and modernising the curriculum. 4.English classes for 21 students of the SP in Christmas, as well as retrofitting of nature studios in schools and modernisation of the curriculum. 5. Psychological and/or sociotherapeutic support of students SP no. 4 in Oleck and SP in Christmas. Target groups: — primary schools (SP no. 4 in Oleck and SP in Świjno) – will improve the quality of teaching, modernise the teaching base and curricula, increase the competence of teachers, which will allow for the sustainability of the project; — pupils of the above schools – direct recipients of support covered by additional classes, as well as new curricula and learning in the modernised equipment facilities; — pupils’ families (parents/legal guardians) – indirectly, as decision-makers on joining the project of underage pupils; — teachers – involved in the process of improving the quality of education, will improve their competences and implement new solutions in schools. Project effects/Products: — 5 modernised curricula (2x IT, 2x nature, 1x j.); — 5 retrofitted schoolworks (2x IT, 2x nature, 1x j.) – increasing the quality of teaching in the field of 3 subjects; — support for the development of pupils and parents as a result of the work of psychologist and therapeutic activities; — correcting deficits through classes for 12 pupils with difficulties in the field; — support for the development of 32 gifted pupils; — development of key competences of 199 pupils; — raising the competence of 15 teachers. Cours d’informatique et de robotique pour 60 élèves de SP 4 à Olecek et 30 élèves SP dans les écoles de Noël, ainsi que la modernisation du studio d’informatique dans les écoles et la modernisation du programme d’études. 3. Cours naturels pour 32 élèves SP No 4 à Olecek et 36 élèves de SP dans les écoles de Noël, ainsi que la rénovation de l’atelier sur la nature dans les écoles et la modernisation du programme d’études. 4. Soutien psychologique et/ou sociothérapeutique aux étudiants de SP No 4 à oleck et SP à Świętajno. Effets/Produits du projet: — 5 programmes modernisés (2x informatique, 2x nature, 1x). — 5 studios scolaires modernisés (2x informatique, 2x nature, 1x anglais) — une amélioration de la qualité de l’enseignement dans 3 matières; — soutien au développement des étudiants et des parents grâce au travail du psychologue et aux activités thérapeutiques; — compenser les déficits par le biais de classes pour 12 élèves ayant des difficultés dans un domaine donné; — soutien au développement de 32 étudiants talentueux; — développement des compétences clés de 199 élèves; — augmenter les compétences de 15 enseignants. Psychologische und/oder sozialtherapeutische Unterstützung für Studenten der SP Nr. 4 in Oleck und SP in Świętajno. Zielgruppen: — Grundschulen (SP 4 in oleck und SP in Świętajna) – Verbesserung der Qualität des Unterrichts, Modernisierung der Unterrichtsgrundlage und Lehrpläne, Verbesserung der Kompetenzen der Lehrer und somit Erhaltung der Nachhaltigkeit des Projekts; — Schüler der oben genannten Schulen – direkte Empfänger von Unterstützung durch zusätzliche Klassen sowie neue Lehrpläne und Studien in modernisierten Ausrüstungseinrichtungen; — Familien von Schülern (Eltern/Rechtspfleger) – indirekt als Entscheidungsträger, sich an dem Projekt von minderjährigen Schülern anzuschließen; — Lehrer, die an der Verbesserung der Qualität der Bildung beteiligt sind, werden ihre Kompetenzen verbessern und neue Lösungen in den Schulen umsetzen.
