Celem projektu jest: Podniesienie kompetencji kluczowych u 40 dzieci (20DZ,20CH) w zakresie porozumiewania się w językach obcych oraz kompetencji społecznych, inicjatywności, przedsiębiorczości, kreatywności poprzez realizację dodatkowych zajęć, konkursów i wycieczek wspierających z wykorzystaniem nowatorskich form i metod kształcenia, warsztatów wspierających dla 40 rodziców/opiekunów (25K,15M) oraz doskonalenie zawodowe 4 nauczycieli (4K) w Przedszkolu „Kubuś i Przyjaciele” w gm Olecko w okresie IX.2016-VIII.2018 Realizowane będą 4 Zadania: Kształcenie artystyczne, Zajęcia badawczo-poznawcze, Interaktywny język angielski, Ja w otaczającym mnie świecie. W ramach tych zadań zaplanowano: zajęcia oraz wsparcie dodatkowe (konkursy, wycieczki) dla dzieci, kształcenie n-cieli oraz warsztaty wspierające dla rodziców. Grupa docelowa: 40 dzieci (20DZ, 20CH), 4 n-cieli (4K), 40 rodziców/ opiekunów (25K,15M) Efektem realizacji projektu będzie uczestnictwo grupy docelowej w zaplanowanych formach wsparcia oraz wzrost kompetencji kluczowych dzieci w zakresie porozumiewania się w jęz. obcych oraz kompetencji społecznych, inicjatywności, przedsiębiorczości, kreatywności, wzrost kwalifikacji zawodowych n-cieli oraz wzrost wiedzy wychowawczej rodziców. The aim of the project is to: Raising key competences in 40 children (20DZ,20CH) in the field of communication in foreign languages and social competences, initiative, entrepreneurship, creativity through additional activities, competitions and tours supporting the use of innovative forms and methods of education, workshops supporting 40 parents/careers (25K,15M) and vocational training of 4 teachers (4K) in Kindergarten “Kubuś i Friends” in the building of Olecania 4.2016. Artistic education, Research and knowledge activities, Interactive English language, I in the world around me. As part of these tasks, the following are planned: activities and additional support (competitions, excursions) for children, n-body education and workshops supporting parents. Target group: 40 children (20DZ, 20CH), 4 n-body (4K), 40 parents/careers (25K,15M) The result of the project will be the participation of the target group in planned forms of support and the increase of competences of key children in the field of communication in foreign languages and social competences, initiative, entrepreneurship, creativity, increase of professional skills and parental knowledge. L’objectif du projet est de: Améliorer les compétences clés pour 40 enfants (20DZ,20CH) dans le domaine de la communication dans les langues étrangères et des compétences sociales, de l’initiative, de l’esprit d’entreprise, de la créativité grâce à des activités supplémentaires, des concours et des excursions à l’aide de formes et méthodes innovantes d’éducation, des ateliers soutenant 40 parents/tuteurs (25K,15M) et le développement professionnel de 4 enseignants (4K) dans la maternelle «Kubuś i Friends» à Olecko au cours de la période IX.2016-VIII.2018 4 Tâches: Éducation artistique, Recherche et activités cognitives, Anglais interactif, Je dans le monde autour de moi. Dans le cadre de ces tâches, les tâches suivantes sont prévues: activités et soutien supplémentaire (concours, excursions) pour les enfants, éducation des n-bodiers et ateliers de soutien pour les parents. Groupe cible: 40 enfants (20DZ, 20CH), 4 n-corps (4K), 40 parents/tuteurs (25K,15M) Le projet aboutira à la participation du groupe cible aux formes de soutien prévues et à une augmentation des compétences des enfants clés dans le domaine de la communication en langues étrangères et des compétences sociales, de l’initiative, de l’esprit d’entreprise, de la créativité, du développement des qualifications professionnelles des organismes et de l’amélioration des connaissances éducatives des parents. Ziel des Projekts ist es, Verbesserung der Schlüsselkompetenzen für 40 Kinder (20DZ,20CH) im Bereich der Kommunikation in Fremdsprachen und sozialen Kompetenzen, Initiative, Unternehmertum, Kreativität durch zusätzliche Aktivitäten, Wettbewerbe und Unterstützung von Exkursionen mit innovativen Formen und Methoden der Bildung, Workshops zur Unterstützung von 40 Eltern/Hütern (25K,15M) und berufliche Entwicklung von 4 Lehrern (4K) im Kindergarten „Kubuś i Friends“ in Olecko im Zeitraum IX.2016-VIII.2018 4 Aufgaben: Künstlerische Bildung, Forschung und kognitive Aktivitäten, Interaktives Englisch, Ich in der Welt um mich herum. Im Rahmen dieser Aufgaben sind folgende Maßnahmen geplant: Aktivitäten und zusätzliche Unterstützung (Wettbewerbe, Exkursionen) für Kinder, Erziehung von n-Bodiers und Unterstützungsworkshops für Eltern. Zielgruppe: 40 Kinder (20DZ, 20CH), 4 n-körper (4K), 40 Eltern/Hüter (25K,15M) Das Projekt wird zur Beteiligung der Zielgruppe an den geplanten Formen der Unterstützung führen und die Kompetenzen von Schlüsselkindern im Bereich der Kommunikation in Fremdsprachen und Sozialkompetenzen, Initiative, Unternehmertum, Kreativität, die Entwicklung von Berufsqualifikationen der Organe und den Ausbau des Bildungswissens der Eltern erhöhen.
