    THE PROJECT AIMS TO PROMOTE EDUCATIONAL AND FUNCTIONAL TRAINING INITIATIVES ALLINNALATION OF BASIC SKILLS IN THE MOTHER TONGUE AND FOREIGN LANGUAGE OF PUPILS AND PUPILS AS AN ESSENTIAL FACTOR FOR THE SOCIO-ECONOMIC GROWTH OF THE TERRITORY AND FOR THE COMPENSATION OF CULTURAL ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL DISADVANTAGES IN THE CONTEXT, ENSURING TERRITORIAL REBALANCING AND REDUCING THE PHENOMENON OF SCHOOL LEAVING.
