THE DESIGN IDEA TRANSLATES INTO A LABORATORY OF DIGITAL AND MULTIMEDIA NARRATION A PLACE OF TRAINING OF EXPERIMENTATION AND PRODUCTION IN ORDER TO DEVELOP KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS BILINGUAL LINGUISTICOCOMUNICATIVE USING INNOVATIVE MODALITS OF PARTICIPATORY AND ACTIVE TEACHING AND ACTING IN A SENSITIVE WAY ON THE CULTURAL AND SOCIAL FABRIC OF THE TERRITORY.
