    THE DESIGN IDEA STEMS FROM THE CONVICTION THAT THE SCHOOL REQUIRES THE CONTINUING TRAINING OF ENGLISH-LANGUAGE TEACHERS IN ORDER TO HAVE LANGUAGE SKILLS THE KEY DIMENSION FOR THE MODERNISATION OF THE EUROPEAN EDUCATION SYSTEM. MOREOVER, THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE LINGUISTICOCOMUNICATIVE SKILLS OF ITALIAN FOR FOREIGN STUDENTS PRESENT IN OUR SCHOOL IS AN INDISPENSABLE CONDITION FOR THEIR SOCIAL AND CULTURAL INTEGRATION PROCESS. BELOW, THE DEVELOPMENT OF COMMUNICATION IN THE MOTHER TONGUE AND THE LEARNING OF THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE PROMOTES THE ABILITY TO EXPRESS AND INTERPRET CONCEPTS THOUGHTS MADE FEELINGS AND OPINIONS TO INTERACT ADEQUATELY AND CREATIVELY FOR ALL PUPILS. MOREOVER, THE METHODOLOGICAL CONSOLIDATION OF ACTIVITIES WITH STRONG INCLUSIVE VALUE PROMOTES THE ACHIEVEMENT OF THE OBJECTIVE OF INTERCEPTING THE SPECIAL NEEDS OF A CONSIDERABLE PRESENCE IN OUR SCHOOL OF BES PUPILS.
