Projekt obejmuje progr.współpracy T4 (technikum nr 4)z otoczeniem społ.-gosp.jak również kształt.u ucz.komp.klucz. i umiej.uniwers.niezbędnych na rynku pracy.W odp.na wskaz.probl. i potrzeby w diagn.,pr.polegać będzie na zmoderniz.metod i treści kształc.i szkol.do zapotrz.rynku pracy(model III)oraz podniesieniu umiej.,kompet.oraz uzysk.kwalif.zaw.przez ucz.i nauczycieli/lki(Model I i II),kompetencji klucz.i umiejęt.przez ucz.i nauczycieli/lki(typ IV) oraz komp.mięk.ułatwiających wejście na rynek pracy/konty.nauki w celu skier.go na staż zaw.oraz kursy i szkol. W ramach proj.zmoderniz.zostanie 3 progr.dla kier.i naucz.w zawodzie,TTD,,TAK,TB.W ramach proj.,pracownie szkoły zostaną wyposażone w zarekomend.przez przedsiębiorców sprzęty.32 naucz.zostanie skierowanych na szkol.,których poszczególne tematy zostały zarekomendow.przez pracodawców reg..20 naucz.odbędzie również staż zawod.u lokalnych pracod.Projekt przyczyni się do poprawy jakości kształc. zaw. poprzez dostos. wyposaż.pracowni kształc. zaw.do wymogów pracodawców oraz poprzez wsparcie 32 naucz.w zakresie aktualizacji wiedzy i umiej. zaw.Pr. polega również na przeszkoleniu uczniów w zakr.komp.i kwalifk.zaw.i klucz.oraz umozliwenia im odbycia stażu w okresie od 01.09.2019r. do 31.12.2021r.Działania bd.stanowiły uzupełnienie działań prowadz.przed rozp.real.proj.przez szk.Skala działań prowadz.przed rozpoczęciem realiz. proj.nie ulegnie zmniejszeniu w stos. do skali prowadz. przez szk.w okresie 12 mc poprzedz.rozp.proj.Rezult.projekt.będzie m.in.: -Liczba nauczycieli kształc. zaw.oraz instruktorów praktycznej nauki zawodu,kt.uzyskali kwalifi.lub nabyli komp. po opuszczeniu progr.:28os. -L.szkół i placówek kształc.zaw. wykorzystujących doposażenie zakupione dzięki EFS:1 -Li.nau.kt.zakończyli staż:20 -Li.uczn.kt.zakończ.staż:88 -L.zmodernizowanych treści i metod kszt. i szk.do zapotrz.rynk.pr.:3 -Liczb.uczn,kt.nabyli komp.klucz.lub umiejętności uniwer:92 Proj.będzie realiz.zgodnie ze Standardami dostępności.
