Recruitment on the basis of the proposal and its evaluation The project provides SMEs (de minimis aid) with SOOIPP standards: —subst. for running, management -specialist. for the development of innovative products, strengthening of the market, development of management and sales.Project services, based on analysis of the needs of stakeholders, serve the possibilities of satisfying them (research of surveys.2017) Provided by coaches, business practitioners from over-min.2-years As a result, SMEs will gain the ability to market independently compete on the market. Recrutement sur la base de la demande et de son évaluation Proj. fournit des services aux PME (aides de minimis) conformément aux normes SOOIPP: —subst. pour running.functioning, order.company -specialist. pour le développement de produits innovants, pour le renforcement de l’élément de marché, le développement du projet de gestion et de vente de services. Basé sur l’analyse des besoins des parties prenantes, ils servent les possibilités de les satisfaire (enquêtes de recherche.2017) Fourni par des formateurs, des professionnels de l’entreprise de plus de 2 ans. En conséquence, les PME acquerront la capacité de concurrencer indépendamment sur le marché sur la base du modèle d’entreprise en fonctionnement., avec un prêt à développer produit/service de vente, complété, entre autres, par la stratégie de marketing. Suivi Proj., entre autres, pour l’évaluation actuelle de la satisfaction des PME et l’adaptation de l’offre aux besoins des PME Proj.zg. avec SZOOP poddz.1.3.1 ROP WiM. Favorise l’esprit d’entreprise, crée les conditions pour soutenir le développement des jeunes PME. Ort der Umsetzung Proj: Olsztyn, Elk, Bischof der Bühne: Förderung, Rekrutierung, Organisation und Durchführung von Inkubation, Monitoring, Buchhaltungsprojekt. Einstellung auf der Grundlage des Antrags und seiner Bewertung Proj. bietet KMU-Dienstleistungen (De-minimis-Beihilfen) nach SOOIPP-Standards: —Subst. for running.functioning, order.company -specialist. for the development of innovative products, zur Stärkung des Marktgegenstands, zur Entwicklung des Management- und Verkaufsservice-Projekts. Basierend auf der Analyse der Bedürfnisse der Stakeholder dienen sie den Möglichkeiten, sie zu erfüllen (Forschungsumfragen.2017) Zur Verfügung gestellt von Trainern, Geschäftspraktikern aus mehr als 2 Jahren. Überwachung u. a. für die aktuelle Bewertung der Zufriedenheit der KMU und Anpassung des Angebots an die Bedürfnisse der KMU Proj.zg. mit SZOOP poddz.1.3.1 ROP WiM. Förderung des Unternehmertums, Schaffung von Voraussetzungen für die Förderung der Entwicklung junger KMU. Dadurch erhöht sie die Chancen neuer Ideen, die Schaffung neuer Ideen und die Entwicklung von Wettbewerbern junger Unternehmen, das Niveau der privaten Investitionen. Ergänzung der Unterstützung von Publ. für Unternehmen – unterstützte Unternehmen in die Weiterentwicklung werden auch eigene Ressourcen investieren Partner mit institutionellen Kräften (Technik, Personal, Organisation) und in die Gründung von KMU.
