Przedmiotem projektu jest rozbudowa zaplecza badawczo-rozwojowego przedsiębiorstwa Mazurskie Miody. Służyć ono będzie do prowadzenia skoordynowanych działań badawczo-rozwodowych, ukierunkowanych na wypracowywanie innowacji produktowych o wysokim potencjale rynkowym, w tym eksportowym. ZAKRES RZECZOWY: I. Budowa hali laboratoryjnej II. Aparatura i wyposażenie badawczo-rozwojowe: 1. Chromatograf do oznaczania cukrów 2. Chromatograf gazowy 3. Gęstościomierz 4. Wyparka 5. Czytnik Elisa 6. Wirówka z chłodzeniem 7. System SPE 8. Refraktometr 9. Pipetometry, komplet 10. Dozowniki butlowe,komplet 11. Birueta cyfrowa 12. Waga laboratoryjna 13. Demineralizator wody 14. Mikroskop biologiczny 15. Zabudowa mebli laboratoryjnych III. Biznes Plan SPOSÓB WDRAŻANIA: Utworzona zostanie osobna strefa organizacyjna w hali produkcyjnej, tzw. Hala Laboratoryjna, w której zlokalizowane zostaną aparatura i wyposażenie badawczo-rozwojowe. Wdrożenie nastąpi poprzez dostawę usług i robót budowlanych oraz aparatury i wyposażenia. Infrastruktura zostanie wykorzystana do rozszerzenia zakresu kierunków prac badawczo-rozwojowych, i umożliwi podjęcie działań nad poszerzaniem asortymentu produktowego zgodnie z Agendą Badawczą. NAJWAŻNIEJSZE ETAPY REALIZACJI PROJEKTU: 1. Ustalenie wewnętrznych procedur realizacji projektu; 2. Wybór wykonawców; 3. Realizacja dostaw przez wybranych Wykonawców; 4. Odbiory dostaw; 5. Wnioski o płatność,sprawozdawcze, zaliczkowe, rozliczające; 6. Osiągnięcie i udokumentowanie wskaźników; 7. Wniosek o płatność końcowy; 8. Kontrola projektu; 9. Monitorowanie i sprawozdawczość z zachowania trwałości projektu. ZGODNOŚĆ PROJEKTU Z ZAŁOŻENIAMI SZOOP RPO WiM: Wnioskowana dotacja wspiera rozwiązania innowacyjne (opinia o innowacyjności), wskazano planowaną Agendą Badawczą, która będzie realizowana przy wykorzystaniu dofinansowanej infrastruktury B+R. Dotacja przeznaczona będzie na nabycie środków trwałych, wartości niematerialnych i prawnych. (Polish)

Die Umsetzung erfolgt durch die Erbringung von Dienstleistungen und Arbeiten sowie von Geräten und Ausrüstungen. Die Infrastruktur wird genutzt, um den Umfang von Forschung und Entwicklung zu erweitern und Maßnahmen zur Erweiterung der Produktpalette im Einklang mit der Forschungsagenda zu ermöglichen. DIE WICHTIGSTEN ETAPPEN DES PROJEKTS SIND: 1. Die Festlegung interner Verfahren für die Durchführung des Projekts; 2. Auswahl der Auftragnehmer; 3. Lieferung durch ausgewählte Auftragnehmer; 4. Den Eingang der Lieferungen; 5. Zahlungsaufforderungen, Berichterstattung, Vorfinanzierung, Clearing; 6. Erreichung und Dokumentation von Indikatoren; 7. Den Antrag auf Abschlusszahlung; 8. Projektkontrolle; 9. Überwachung und Berichterstattung über die Nachhaltigkeit von Projekten. Kompatibilität des Projekts mit SZOOP ROP WiM Zulassungen: Die vorgeschlagene Finanzhilfe unterstützt innovative Lösungen (Stellungnahme zur Innovation), die geplante Forschungsagenda, die mithilfe der kofinanzierten FuE-Infrastruktur umgesetzt wird.
