Głównym celem projektu jest zwiększenie dostępu do cyfrowej informacji sektora publicznego dla mieszkańców i przedsiębiorców z terenu gm. Końskie poprzez udostępnienie on-line nowych e-usług publicznych na 3 (29 usług) i 4 (33 usług) stopniu dojrzałości, udostępnienie on-line 62 dokumentów zawierających informacje sektora publicznego, udostępnienie on-line 2 baz danych oraz udostępnienie on-line informacji sektora publicznego przez 17 podmiotów. Uruchomiony w wyniku realizacji projektu system teleinformatyczny, szt.1, będzie spełniał wymogi komplementarności, interoperacyjności i synergii działań. Zakres projektu obejmie modernizację istn. infrastruktury IT w urzędzie gminy, przez powiększenie przestrzeni dyskowej serwerowni do 12 TB, utworzenie 7 API, wdrożenie 7 aplikacji opartych na ponownym wykorzystaniu informacji sektora publicznego i e-usług publicznych. Projekt obejmie również digitalizację 8 dokumentów zawierających informacje sektora publicznego. W ramach projektu zostanie przeszkolonych w zakresie kompetencji cyfrowych 100 osób (62 kobiety i 32 mężczyzn). W wyniku realizacji projektu powstanie zintegrowany system e-usług administracyjnych i oświatowych oraz nastąpi znaczące zwiększenie liczby pobrań/ odtworzeń o 5 556 dokumentów zaw. informacje sektora publicznego, co spowoduje awans cyfrowy społeczności lokalnej. Okres realizacji projektu 01.01.-31.07.2019 r. The main objective of the project is to increase access to digital public sector information for residents and entrepreneurs from the Końskie area by making new public e-services available online for 3 (29 services) and 4 (33 services) maturity, 62 documents containing public sector information on-line, 2 databases on-line and 17 public sector information available online. The ICT system, pc.1, launched as a result of the project, will meet the requirements of complementarity, interoperability and synergy of activities. The scope of the project will include the modernisation of the existing IT infrastructure in the municipal office, by increasing the storage space of the server room to 12 TB, the creation of 7 APIs, the implementation of 7 applications based on the re-use of public sector information and public e-services. The project will also include the digitisation of 8 documents containing public sector information. Within the framework of the project, 100 people will be trained in digital competence (62 women and 32 men). As a result of the project, an integrated system of e-administrative and educational e-services will be created and there will be a significant increase in the number of downloads/replays by 5 556 documents, including public sector information, which will result in the digital advancement of the local community. L’objectif principal du projet est d’améliorer l’accès aux informations numériques du secteur public pour les résidents et les entrepreneurs de la municipalité de Końskie en mettant de nouveaux services publics en ligne disponibles en ligne pour 3 (29 services) et 4 (33 services) degré de maturité, en mettant à disposition en ligne 62 documents contenant des informations du secteur public, en mettant à disposition des bases de données en ligne 2 et en mettant les informations du secteur public accessibles en ligne par 17 entités. Grâce au projet, un système intégré de services administratifs et éducatifs en ligne sera mis en place et le nombre de téléchargements/reproductions de documents d’information du secteur public augmentera considérablement de 5 556, ce qui entraînera le progrès numérique de la communauté locale. Période de mise en œuvre du projet 01.01.-31.07.2019 Le projet, grâce à la fourniture de services électroniques de haute qualité et à l’ouverture d’un accès en ligne aux informations du secteur public, est conforme à l’objectif du CT 2 RPOWŚ 2014-2020 «Accroître la disponibilité et la qualité de l’utilisation et de la qualité des technologies de l’information et de la communication», y compris la priorité d’investissement. 2c «Renforcer l’utilisation du CT pour l’administration en ligne, l’inclusion en ligne, la culture en ligne et la santé en ligne» et l’objectif spécifique de la rubrique. 7.1 SZOOP RPOWŚ 2014-2020 «Diffuser l’utilisation des techniques d’information et de communication dans les services publics, notamment en ce qui concerne le secteur de la santé et l’administration publique». Hauptziel des Projekts ist es, den Zugang von Bürgern und Unternehmern aus der Gemeinde Końskie zu digitalen Informationen des öffentlichen Sektors zu verbessern, indem neue öffentliche elektronische Dienste online für 3 (29 Dienste) und 4 (33 Dienste) Reifegrad verfügbar gemacht werden, Online-62 Dokumente mit Informationen des öffentlichen Sektors zur Verfügung gestellt, Online-2-Datenbanken zur Verfügung gestellt und Informationen des öffentlichen Sektors von 17 Einrichtungen online zugänglich gemacht werden. Das als Ergebnis des Projekts eingerichtete IT-System, pcs.1, wird den Anforderungen an Komplementarität, Interoperabilität und Synergie der Tätigkeiten gerecht. Gegenstand des Projekts ist die Modernisierung der bestehenden IT-Infrastruktur im Gemeindeamt, indem der Speicherplatz des Serverraums auf 12 TB erhöht wird, 7 APIs erstellt werden, 7 Anwendungen auf der Grundlage der Weiterverwendung von Informationen des öffentlichen Sektors und elektronischer Dienste implementiert werden. Das Projekt wird auch die Digitalisierung von 8 Dokumenten umfassen, die Informationen des öffentlichen Sektors enthalten. 100 Personen (62 Frauen und 32 Männer) werden in digitalen Kompetenzen ausgebildet. Als Ergebnis des Projekts wird ein integriertes System von elektronischen Verwaltungs- und Bildungsdiensten geschaffen und die Zahl der Downloads/Reproduktionen von Informationsdokumenten des öffentlichen Sektors um 5 556 erhöht, was zur digitalen Weiterentwicklung der lokalen Gemeinschaft führen wird.
