Cała koncepcja przewidzianego wsparcia ukierunkowana została na zwiększenie zdolności do zatrudnienia wśród 53 uczniów technikum i zsz/szkoły branżowej uczęszczających do Zespołu Szkół Techniczno – Usługowych w Będzinie, których praktyczna nauka zawodu odbywa się w Powiatowym Centrum Kształcenia Ustawicznego i Praktycznego w Będzinie. Cel ten zostanie osiągnięty w trakcie realizacji projektu, tj. od 01 II 2019 do 30 IX 2020 poprzez organizację kursów dających uczniom możliwość uzyskania dodatkowych uprawnień zwiększających ich szanse na rynku pracy, organizację staży i praktyk zawodowych, doradztwo zawodowe oraz włączenie pracodawców w proces przygotowania zawodowego uczniów na wszystkich jego etapach. Nastąpi też doposażenie jednej pracowni nauki zawodu, co zwiększy dostęp uczniów i nauczycieli do nowoczesnych technologii. W wyniku zaplanowanych zadań w projekcie zostaną osiągnięte wszystkie obligatoryjne wskaźniki. (Polish)

The whole concept of the planned support was aimed at increasing the employability of 53 students from the Technical and Service Schools in Będzin, whose practical training takes place in the District Centre for Continuous and Practical Training in Będzin. This objective will be achieved during the implementation of the project, i.e. from 01 II 2019 to 30 IX 2020 through the organisation of courses giving pupils the possibility of obtaining additional rights to increase their employability, organisation of traineeships and apprenticeships, professional counselling and involving employers in the process of apprenticeships at all stages. There will also be a refurbishment of one study studio, which will increase the access of pupils and teachers to modern technologies. As a result of the planned tasks, all mandatory indicators will be achieved in the project. (English)

L’ensemble de l’aide envisagée visait à accroître l’employabilité de 53 élèves de l’école technique et professionnelle qui fréquente les écoles techniques et de services de Będzin, dont la formation professionnelle pratique a lieu au Centre de district pour la formation continue et pratique de Będzin. Cet objectif sera atteint lors de la mise en œuvre du projet, c’est-à-dire du 01 II 2019 au 30 IX 2020 par l’organisation de cours donnant aux étudiants la possibilité d’obtenir des droits supplémentaires pour accroître leur employabilité, l’organisation de stages et d’apprentissages, l’orientation professionnelle et la participation des employeurs au processus d’apprentissage des élèves à toutes les étapes du projet. Un apprentissage unique sera également modernisé, ce qui améliorera l’accès aux technologies modernes pour les étudiants et les enseignants. À la suite des tâches prévues, tous les indicateurs obligatoires seront atteints dans le cadre du projet. (French)

Das gesamte Konzept der geplanten Unterstützung zielte darauf ab, die Beschäftigungsfähigkeit von 53 Schülern der technischen und beruflichen Schule zu erhöhen, die die Technischen und Serviceschulen in Będzin besuchen, deren praktische Berufsausbildung im Bezirkszentrum für Weiterbildung und praktische Ausbildung in Będzin stattfindet. Dieses Ziel wird bei der Durchführung des Projekts erreicht, d. h. vom 01. II 2019 bis zum 30. IX. 2020 durch die Organisation von Kursen, die den Studierenden die Möglichkeit geben, zusätzliche Ansprüche auf Verbesserung ihrer Beschäftigungsfähigkeit, die Organisation von Praktika und Lehrstellen, die Berufsberatung und die Beteiligung der Arbeitgeber am Lehrlingsprozess der Schüler in allen Phasen des Projekts zu erhalten. Darüber hinaus wird eine einzige Lehrlingsausbildung nachgerüstet, wodurch der Zugang zu modernen Technologien für Studierende und Lehrer verbessert wird. Als Ergebnis der geplanten Aufgaben werden alle obligatorischen Indikatoren im Projekt erreicht. (German)
