Celem głównym projektu "Ja=Sukces" jest wzrost integracji społeczno- zawodowej osób zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym gminy Mysłowice. Projekt realizowany będzie w oparciu o kontrakt socjalny, zawierający indywidualną ścieżkę reintegracyjną dla każdego z uczestników. W okresie od 01.08.2015 do 31.12.2017 r zakłada objęcie wsparciem następujących grup docelowych: 1. Osoby przebywające w pieczy zastępczej lub opuszczające pieczę zastępczą 2. Osoby w wieku aktywności zawodowej, bezrobotne, poszukujące pracy lub nieaktywne zawodowo. 3. Młodzież ucząca się (gimnazjalna oraz ponadgimnazjalna) pochodząca ze środowisk zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym. W ramach kompleksowych działań zostaną zrealizowane różnorodne instrumenty aktywnej integracji (m.in. treningi umiejętności społecznych, szkolenia edukacyjne, indywidualne wsparcie psychologiczne) oraz intensywna praca socjalna. Podjęte kroki powinny przyczynić się do osiągnięcia celu projektu. (Polish)

The main objective of the project “Ja=Success” is to increase the social and professional integration of people at risk of social exclusion of the municipality of Mysłowice. The project will be implemented on the basis of a social contract, including an individual reintegration path for each participant. In the period 01.08.2015 to 31.12.2017, the following target groups will be supported: 1. Persons who are in foster care or leaving a surrogate 2. Persons of working age, unemployed, job-seekers or inactive persons. 3. Young learners (secondary and upper secondary education) coming from environments at risk of social exclusion. As part of the comprehensive activities, various instruments of active inclusion (e.g. training of social skills, educational training, individual psychological support) and intensive social work will be implemented. The steps taken should contribute to achieving the objective of the project. (English)

L’objectif principal du projet «I=succès» est d’accroître l’intégration sociale et professionnelle des personnes exposées au risque d’exclusion sociale de la municipalité de Mysłowice. Le projet sera mis en œuvre sur la base d’un contrat social comportant un parcours individuel de réinsertion pour chaque participant. Pour la période allant du 1er août 2015 au 31 décembre 2017, les groupes cibles suivants seront soutenus: 1. Personnes en famille d’accueil ou qui quittent le foyer d’accueil 2. Les personnes en âge actif, les chômeurs, les demandeurs d’emploi ou les personnes économiquement inactives. 3. Jeunes apprenants (secondaire et secondaire supérieur) issus de milieux exposés au risque d’exclusion sociale. Dans le cadre des activités globales, divers instruments d’inclusion active (y compris la formation des compétences sociales, la formation éducative, le soutien psychologique individuel) et le travail social intensif seront mis en œuvre. Les mesures prises devraient contribuer à la réalisation de l’objectif du projet. (French)

Hauptziel des Projekts „I=Erfolg“ ist es, die soziale und berufliche Integration von Menschen, die von sozialer Ausgrenzung der Gemeinde Mysłowice bedroht sind, zu verbessern. Das Projekt wird auf der Grundlage eines Sozialvertrags durchgeführt, der für jeden Teilnehmer einen individuellen Wiedereingliederungspfad enthält. Für den Zeitraum vom 01.08.2015 bis zum 31.12.2017 werden folgende Zielgruppen unterstützt: 1. Personen in Pflege- oder Pflegebedürftigkeit 2. Personen im erwerbsfähigen Alter, Arbeitslose, Arbeitsuchende oder nicht erwerbstätige Personen. 3. Junge Lernende (Sekundär- und Sekundarstufe II), die von sozialer Ausgrenzung bedroht sind. Im Rahmen der umfassenden Aktivitäten werden verschiedene Instrumente der aktiven Eingliederung (einschließlich der Ausbildung sozialer Kompetenzen, der allgemeinen Bildung, der individuellen psychologischen Unterstützung) und der intensiven Sozialarbeit umgesetzt. Die getroffenen Maßnahmen sollten zur Verwirklichung des Ziels des Projekts beitragen. (German)
