Celem projektu jest wzmocnienie aktywności zawodowej, społecznej, edukacyjnej i kulturalnej społeczności lokalnej zamieszkującej obszary zdegradowane z Gminy Żarki, a poprzez to wzrost ich zdolności do zatrudnienia. Zakres projektu obejmuje działania edukacyjno – aktywizujące, środowiskowe, integracyjne i z zakresu odbudowania tożsamości lokalnej.Grupę docelową stanowią wykluczeni i zagrożeni wykluczeniem społecznym oraz zawodowym mieszkańcy obszarów przewidzianych do rewitalizacji. Projekt będzie realizowany od 01.01.2018r do 31.12.2019r. na terenie województwa śląskiego, szczególnie na terenie Gminy Żarki. Rezultatem projektu będzie wzrost zatrudnienia, podniesienie kwalifikacji zawodowych, przekwalifikowanie się wśród 6 uczestników projektu oraz wzrost aktywności społecznej wśród 25 uczestników projektu. The aim of the project is to strengthen the professional, social, educational and cultural activities of the local community living in areas degraded from Żarki, and thus increase their employability. The scope of the project includes educational – activating, environmental, integration and reconstruction activities.The target group is excluded and threatened by social exclusion and occupational residents of areas planned for revitalisation. The project will be implemented from 01.01.2018r to 31.12.2019 in the Silesian Voivodeship, especially in the Żarki commune. The project will result in increased employment, improving professional qualifications, retraining among 6 participants of the project and increasing social participation among 25 participants of the project. L’objectif de ce projet est de renforcer l’activité professionnelle, sociale, éducative et culturelle de la communauté locale vivant dans des zones dégradées de la municipalité de 'arki, améliorant ainsi leur employabilité. Le champ d’application du projet comprend des activités éducatives, d’activation, d’environnement, d’intégration et de reconstruction. Le groupe cible est exclu et menacé par l’exclusion sociale et professionnelle des habitants des zones envisagées pour la régénération. Le projet sera mis en œuvre du 01.01.2018 au 31.12.2019 dans la voïvodie de Silésie, en particulier dans la municipalité de Žarki. Le résultat du projet sera une augmentation de l’emploi, l’amélioration des qualifications professionnelles, le recyclage parmi 6 participants au projet et une augmentation de l’activité sociale parmi 25 participants au projet. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die berufliche, soziale, pädagogische und kulturelle Aktivität der lokalen Gemeinschaft in Gebieten zu stärken, die aus der Gemeinde Żarki abgebaut werden, um ihre Beschäftigungsfähigkeit zu erhöhen. Der Umfang des Projekts umfasst Aktivitäten in den Bereichen Bildung – Aktivierung, Umwelt, Integration und Wiederaufbau. Die Zielgruppe wird von sozialen und beruflichen Ausgrenzungsgebieten ausgeschlossen und bedroht. Das Projekt wird vom 01.01.2018 bis zum 31.12.2019 in der Woiwodschaft Schlesien, insbesondere in der Gemeinde Żarki, durchgeführt. Das Ergebnis des Projekts wird eine Zunahme der Beschäftigung, die Verbesserung der beruflichen Qualifikationen, die Umschulung von 6 Projektteilnehmern und eine Zunahme der sozialen Aktivität unter 25 Projektteilnehmern sein.
