Celem głównym projektu realizowanego w okresie od 01.05.2016-30.09.2018 jest partnerskie wdrażanie programu aktywnej integracji na terenie Gminy Jasienica (woj.śląskie),w oparciu o kompleksowe działania,których zastosowanie prowadzić będzie do zwiększenia zdolności do zatrudnienia oraz integracji społeczno-zawodowej osób i grup doświadczających wykluczenia społecznego.Grupę docelową w projekcie stanowią osoby zagrożone ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społecznym,w podziale na osoby bezrobotne posiadające ustalony III profil oraz osoby niepełnosprawne oraz z zaburzeniami psychicznymi zamieszkałe w gminie Jasienica.Przewiduje się objęcie wsparciem 60 osób,w tym 30 osób bezrobotnych i 30 osób niepełnosprawnych. Uczestniczki i uczestnicy projektu objęci zostaną ścieżką reintegracji społecznej, a następnie w procesie selekcji opartej o analizę i diagnozę potrzeb oraz indywidualnego potencjału również pogłębioną społeczną i zawodową z wykorzystaniem Klubu Integracji Społecznej. The main objective of the project implemented in the period from 01.05.2016-30.09.2018 is to implement the programme of active inclusion in the municipality of Jasienica (Śląskskie Voivodeship), based on comprehensive actions, which will lead to increased employability and socio-occupational integration of people and groups experiencing social exclusion.The target group in the project consists of people at risk of poverty and social exclusion, divided into unemployed persons with established third profile and persons with disabilities and mental disorders residing in the municipality of Jasienica. Participants and participants of the project will be included in the path of social reintegration, followed by the selection process based on analysis and diagnosis of needs and individual potential also deepened social and professional with the use of the Social Integration Club. L’objectif principal du projet mis en œuvre au cours de la période allant du 1er mai 2016 au 30 septembre 2018 est de mettre en œuvre le programme d’inclusion active dans la municipalité de Jasienica (Voïvodie de Silésie), en partenariat, sur la base d’actions globales qui permettront d’accroître l’employabilité et l’intégration socioprofessionnelle des personnes et des groupes en situation d’exclusion sociale. Hauptziel des im Zeitraum vom 01.05.2016 bis 30.9.2018 durchgeführten Projekts ist die Umsetzung des aktiven Eingliederungsprogramms in der Gemeinde Jasienica (Woiwodschaft Silesische Woiwodschaft) auf der Grundlage umfassender Maßnahmen, die zu einer stärkeren Beschäftigungsfähigkeit und sozialer Eingliederung von Menschen und Gruppen mit sozialer Ausgrenzung führen werden. Die Zielgruppe des Projekts sind Menschen, die von Armut und sozialer Ausgrenzung bedroht sind, unterteilt in Arbeitslose mit einem definierten dritten Profil, Menschen mit Behinderungen und psychische Störungen, die in der Gemeinde Jasienica leben. Die Teilnehmer und Teilnehmer des Projekts werden in den Weg der sozialen Wiedereingliederung einbezogen, und dann in den Auswahlprozess auf der Grundlage der Analyse und Diagnose von Bedürfnissen und individuellen Potenzialen auch tieferes soziales und berufliches Potenzial mit dem Social Integration Club.
