Przedmiotem projektu jest kompleksowa termomodernizacja budynku użyteczności publicznej będącego własnością Miasta Ruda Śląska. W ramach projektu nastąpi poprawa efektywności energetycznej budynku użyteczności publicznej uzyskana poprzez poprawę izolacyjności przegród budowlanych w wyniku wykonania termomodernizacji polegającej na dociepleniu ścian zewnętrznych, dociepleniu stropodachu, wymianie stolarki okiennej na klatce schodowej na wyroby o lepszej izolacyjności wraz z budową instalacji fotowoltaicznej wykorzystującej odnawialne źródła energii do wytwarzania energii elektrycznej. The subject of the project is a comprehensive thermal modernisation of the public utility building owned by the City of Ruda Śląska. The project will improve the energy efficiency of the public utility building achieved by improving insulation of building partitions as a result of thermal modernisation consisting of insulation of external walls, warming of ceilings, replacement of window joinery on staircase for products with better insulation, including the construction of a photovoltaic installation using renewable energy sources to generate electricity. L’objet du projet est la thermomodernisation complexe du bâtiment d’utilité publique appartenant à la ville de Ruda Śląska. Le projet améliorera l’efficacité énergétique du bâtiment public en améliorant l’isolation des cloisons des bâtiments grâce à la thermomodernisation consistant à réchauffer les murs extérieurs, à chauffer le toit, à remplacer la menuiserie des fenêtres sur l’escalier pour les produits par une meilleure isolation, ainsi qu’à construire une installation photovoltaïque utilisant des sources d’énergie renouvelables pour produire de l’électricité. Gegenstand des Projekts ist die komplexe Thermomodernisierung des öffentlichen Versorgungsgebäudes im Besitz der Stadt Ruda Śląska. Das Projekt wird die Energieeffizienz des öffentlichen Gebäudes verbessern, indem die Isolierung von Gebäudetrennwänden durch Thermomodernisierung verbessert wird, die darin besteht, die Außenwände zu erwärmen, das Dach zu erwärmen, die Fenstertischlerie auf der Treppe für Produkte mit einer besseren Isolierung zu ersetzen, sowie den Bau einer Photovoltaikanlage, die erneuerbare Energiequellen zur Stromerzeugung nutzt.
