Przedmiotem projektu jest głęboka modernizacja energetyczna budynków użyteczności publicznej w zasobie Miasta Siemianowice Śląskie tj. budynku Miejskiego Ośrodka Pomocy Społecznej w Siemianowicach Śląskich (MOPS) oraz Powiatowego Urzędu Pracy w Siemianowicach Śląskich (PUP). Zakres zadania dla budynku MOPS obejmuje termomodernizację budynku, modernizację wentylacji oraz wymianę oświetlenia na energooszczędne, instalację systemu fotowoltaicznego o łącznej mocy 2kWp, który będzie się składał z 8 modułów polikrystalicznych 250W każdy. W ramach termomodernizacji PUP wykonane zostanie docieplenie wszystkich elewacji budynku, stropodachu, wymiana stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej zewnętrznej, wymiana instalacji odgromowej, uporządkowanie instalacji elektrycznej i instalacji klimatyzacyjnej, wymiana instalacji c.o. oraz wykonanie wentylacji hybrydowej. The subject of the project is a deep energy modernisation of public utility buildings in the resources of the City of Siemianowice Śląskie, i.e. the building of the Municipal Social Assistance Centre in Siemianowice Śląskie (MOPS) and the District Labour Office in Siemianowice Śląskie (PUP). The range of tasks for the MOPS building includes thermal modernisation of the building, modernisation of ventilation and replacement of lighting for energy-efficient, installation of a photovoltaic system with a total power of 2kWp, which will consist of 8 polycrystalline modules 250 W each. As part of the thermal modernisation of the PUP, the warming of all facades of the building, ceiling, replacement of window and door joinery, replacement of lightning system, order of electrical and air conditioning installations, replacement of central heating system and hybrid ventilation will be carried out. Le projet concerne la modernisation énergétique profonde des bâtiments publics dans les ressources de la ville de Siemianowice Śląskie, c’est-à-dire la construction du Centre municipal d’assistance sociale à Siemianowice Śląskie (MOPS) et du bureau du travail du district de Siemianowice Śląskie (PUP). La mission du bâtiment MOPS comprend la thermomodernisation du bâtiment, la modernisation de la ventilation et le remplacement de l’éclairage par un bon rendement énergétique, l’installation d’un système photovoltaïque d’une puissance totale de 2kWp, qui se composera de 8 modules polycristallins de 250 W chacun. Dans le cadre de la modernisation thermique du PUP, l’isolation de toutes les façades du bâtiment, la rénovation des cadres de fenêtres et de portes, le remplacement des installations de foudre, la commande d’installations électriques et de climatisation, le remplacement des installations de chauffage central et de ventilation hybride seront réalisées. Das Projekt betrifft die tiefgreifende Energiemodernisierung öffentlicher Gebäude in den Ressourcen der Stadt Siemianowice Śląskie, d. h. des Gebäudes des städtischen Sozialhilfezentrums in Siemianowice Śląskie (MOPS) und des Bezirksarbeitsamts in Siemianowice Śląskie (PUP). Der Aufgabenbereich des MOPS-Gebäudes umfasst die Thermomodernisierung des Gebäudes, die Modernisierung der Lüftung und den Austausch von Beleuchtung durch energieeffiziente, die Installation einer Photovoltaikanlage mit einer Gesamtleistung von 2kWp, die aus je 8 polykristallinen Modulen 250 W bestehen wird. Im Rahmen der thermischen Modernisierung des PUP werden die Isolierung aller Fassaden des Gebäudes, die Renovierung von Fenster- und Türrahmen, der Austausch von Blitzlichtanlagen, die Bestellung von elektrischen und Klimaanlagen, den Austausch von Zentralheizungsanlagen und die Hybridlüftung durchgeführt.
