Celem głównym jest zwiększenie poziomu zatrudniania osób powyżej 29 roku życia, pozostających bez pracy, zamieszkujących teren Gminy Skoczów, poprzez wsparcie zatrudnienia u przedsiębiorcy lub innego pracodawcy poprzez pokrycie kosztów subsydiowania zatrudnienia, nabycia wskazanych przez pracodawców kwalifikacji zawodowych oraz wzmocnienie aktywności uczestników/uczestniczek projektu na rynku pracy. W ramach projektu wsparciem objętych zostanie 40 osób bezrobotnych, dla których został ustalony I lub II profil pomocy (zgodnie z ustawą o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy). Do projektu w pierwszej kolejności będą kwalifikowały się osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, wychowujące dziecko, osoby niepełnosprawne, kobiety powyżej 40 r.ż. W projekcie zakłada się osiągnięcie efektywności zatrudnieniowej ogólnej na poziomie co najmniej 43%, dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami 17%, dla długotrwale bezrobotnych 35%, dla osób o niskich kwalifikacjach 36% Okres realizacji: 08.2016r. - 01.2018r. The main objective is to increase the level of employment of people over 29 years of age who are unemployed, living in the area of Skoczów, by supporting employment with entrepreneurs or other employers by covering the costs of subsidising employment, acquiring the professional qualifications indicated by employers and strengthening the activity of participants/participants of the project on the labour market. The project will support 40 unemployed people for whom the I or II aid profile has been established (in accordance with the Employment Promotion Act and Labour Market Institutions). In the first place, the project will be eligible for long-term unemployed, raising a child, disabled persons, women over the age of 40. L’objectif principal est d’augmenter le niveau d’emploi des personnes âgées de plus de 29 ans qui sont sans emploi, vivant dans la municipalité de Skoczów, en soutenant l’emploi auprès d’un entrepreneur ou d’un autre employeur en couvrant les coûts des subventions à l’emploi, en acquérant les qualifications professionnelles indiquées par les employeurs et en renforçant l’activité des participants/participants au projet sur le marché du travail. Le projet soutiendra 40 chômeurs pour lesquels le premier ou le deuxième profil d’aide a été établi (conformément à la loi sur la promotion de l’emploi et les institutions du marché du travail). Le projet sera d’abord éligible aux chômeurs de longue durée, à l’éducation d’un enfant, aux personnes handicapées et aux femmes de plus de 40 ans. Das Hauptziel besteht darin, das Beschäftigungsniveau von Menschen über 29 Jahren, die arbeitslos sind und in der Gemeinde Skoczów leben, zu erhöhen, indem sie die Beschäftigung bei einem Unternehmer oder einem anderen Arbeitgeber unterstützen, indem sie die Kosten für Beschäftigungsbeihilfen decken, die von den Arbeitgebern angegebenen beruflichen Qualifikationen erwerben und die Tätigkeit der Projektteilnehmer/Teilnehmer auf dem Arbeitsmarkt stärken. Mit dem Projekt werden 40 Arbeitslose unterstützt, für die das erste oder zweite Profil der Unterstützung festgelegt wurde (gemäß dem Gesetz über Beschäftigungsförderung und Arbeitsmarktinstitutionen). Das Projekt wird zunächst für Langzeitarbeitslose, Kindererziehung, Menschen mit Behinderungen und Frauen über 40 Jahre in Frage kommen. Ziel des Projekts ist es, eine Gesamtbeschäftigungseffizienz von mindestens 43 % für Menschen mit Behinderungen von 17 % für Langzeitarbeitslose 35 % zu erreichen, während des Durchführungszeitraums mit niedrigem Qualifikationsniveau 36 %: 08.2016 — 01.2018 (German)
