Projekt skierowany do 65 osób pozostających bez pracy (z wyłączeniem osób przed ukończ. 30 roku życia) należących do wszystkich poniższych grup: - osoby w wieku 50 lat i więcej, - kobiety, - osoby z niepełnospr., - osoby dł. bezrob., - osoby o niskich kwalif. Projekt realizowany będzie na terenie 9 powiatów woj.pom. Cele szczegółowe: • aktywizacja zawodowa (rozumiana w projekcie jako doprowadzenie do trwałego, tj. trwającego co najmniej 3 miesiące, zatrudnienia) co najmniej 45% uczestników projektu, • podniesienie zdolności do zatrudnienia uczestników proj. Działania: • diagnoza uczestników proj. i przygotowanie dla wszystkich Indywidualnych Planów Działania; • indywidualne i grupowe zajęcia dla wszystkich uczestników z zakresu poruszania się po rynku pracy, kształtowania kompetencji istotnych dla znalezienia zatrudnienia, postaw wzmacniających motywację; • podniesienie kwalif. zawod.(min.39 uczest.), umiejęt. (17 uczest), kompetencji cyfrowych (30 uczest.) • wsparcie w postaci staży zawodowych dla ok.25 uczest. proj. Ważnym efektem jest zmiana postaw uczest. tak, aby nauczyli się samodzielnie poruszać na rynku pracy. Trwałość osiągnięć zostanie zapewniona dzięki indywidualnemu podejściu i pomocy będącej odpowiedzią na konkretne problemy uczest. Uczest. proj. otrzymają także: stypendia szkol. na warsztatach, opiekę nad dziećmi/os.zal., zwroty kosztów dojazdu, pokrycie kosztów badań i ubezpieczenia na stażu zawodowym, wsparcie opiekuna i pośrednika pracy. Każdy uczest. proj. otrzyma ofertę wsparcia indywidualnej i kompleksowej aktywizacji zawodowo-eduk., obejmującą takie formy pomocy, które zostaną zidentyfikowane u niego jako niezbędne w celu poprawy sytuacji na rynku pracy. Aby podnieść efektywność i skuteczność działań zastosowana zostanie metoda wypracowana w ramach proj. innowacyjnych POKL 2007-2013-produktu finalnego proj. innowacyjnego "EIPD-nowa jakość doradztwa". Project addressed to 65 people who are unemployed (excluding persons before completion). 30 years of age) belonging to all of the following groups: — persons aged 50 years and over, – women, – persons with a disability, – persons with unemployment, – persons with low-qualified persons. The project will be implemented in the area of 9 powiats woj.pom. Specific objectives: • Professional activation (understood in the project as a result of permanent employment, i.e. lasting at least 3 months, employment) at least 45 % of project participants, • increase the employability of project participants. Actions: • Diagnosis of project participants and preparation for all Individual Action Plans; • individual and group activities for all participants in the field of moving on the labour market, shaping competences relevant to finding employment, attitudes strengthening motivation; • Raising Quwalif. occupation.(min.39 Participation), skills. (17 Participation), Digital Competence (30 Participation) • Support in the form of traineeships for about 25 participants. An important effect is to change the attitudes of participation so that they learn to move themselves in the labour market. The sustainability of the achievements will be ensured through an individual approach and assistance that responds to specific problems of participation. Participants will also receive: school scholarships. at workshops, childcare/person. zal., reimbursement of travel expenses, cover for research and insurance on professional traineeship, support of the caregiver and employment intermediary. Each participant will receive an offer of support for individual and comprehensive professional and educational activation, including forms of assistance which will be identified as necessary in order to improve the situation on the labour market. In order to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the actions, the method developed within the project. innovative POKL 2007-2013-final product of the innovative project “EIPD-new quality of advice” will be used. Le projet sera mis en œuvre dans 9 districts de woj.pom. Objectifs spécifiques: • l’activation professionnelle (considérée dans le projet comme la réalisation d’un emploi permanent, c’est-à-dire d’au moins 3 mois) au moins 45 % des participants au projet, • accroître l’employabilité des participants au projet. Actions: • diagnostic des participants au projet et préparation de tous les plans d’action individuels; • activités individuelles et de groupe pour tous les participants dans le domaine de la mobilité sur le marché du travail, de l’élaboration de compétences pertinentes pour trouver un emploi, d’attitudes qui renforcent la motivation; • augmenter la qualité. profession. (min.39 participants), compétence. (17 participants), compétences numériques (30 participants) • soutien sous forme de stages pour environ 25 participants. Un effet important est l’évolution des attitudes en matière de participation afin qu’elles apprennent à se déplacer de manière indépendante sur le marché du travail. La durabilité des réalisations sera assurée par une approche et une assistance sur mesure afin de répondre à des problèmes spécifiques de participation. Les participants recevront également: bourses d’études dans les ateliers, garde d’enfants/soins aux personnes, remboursement des frais de déplacement, couverture des frais de recherche et d’assurance lors d’un stage, soutien d’un aidant et d’un intermédiaire d’emploi. Chaque participant recevra une offre de soutien à l’activation individuelle et complète de l’éducation, y compris des formes d’assistance qu’il identifiera comme nécessaires pour améliorer la situation sur le marché du travail. Afin d’améliorer l’efficience et l’efficacité des actions, la méthode développée dans le cadre du projet innovant OPKL 2007-2013 — le produit final du projet innovant «EIPD — nouvelle qualité des conseils» sera utilisée. Projekt richtete sich an 65 Personen außerhalb der Arbeit (mit Ausnahme derjenigen vor Abschluss. 30 Jahre) gehören zu allen folgenden Gruppen: — Personen ab 50 Jahren, – Frauen, – Personen mit Teilzeitbeschäftigten, – Menschen mit Langzeitarbeitslosigkeit, – Personen mit niedrigem Qualifikationsniveau. Das Projekt wird in 9 Bezirken von woj.pom durchgeführt. Spezifische Ziele: • berufliche Aktivierung (verstanden im Projekt als dauerhafte, d. h. mindestens drei Monate dauernde Beschäftigung), mindestens 45 % der Projektteilnehmer, • Verbesserung der Beschäftigungsfähigkeit der Projektteilnehmer. Maßnahmen: • Diagnose der Projektteilnehmer und Vorbereitung auf alle individuellen Aktionspläne; • Einzel- und Gruppenaktivitäten für alle Teilnehmer im Bereich des Umzugs auf den Arbeitsmarkt, die Gestaltung von Kompetenzen, die für die Suche nach Beschäftigung relevant sind, Einstellungen, die die Motivation stärken; • qualif. Beruf erhöhen. (min. 39 Teilnehmer), Geschicklichkeit. (17 Teilnehmer), digitale Kompetenzen (30 Teilnehmer) • Unterstützung in Form von Praktika für rund 25 Teilnehmer. Ein wichtiger Effekt ist die Veränderung der Einstellung der Partizipation, damit sie lernen, sich selbständig auf dem Arbeitsmarkt zu bewegen. Die Nachhaltigkeit der Errungenschaften wird durch einen maßgeschneiderten Ansatz und Hilfe zur Bewältigung spezifischer Probleme der Beteiligung gewährleistet. Die Teilnehmer erhalten außerdem: Schulstipendien. in Workshops, Kinderbetreuung/Personenbetreuung, Erstattung von Pendelkosten, Deckung der Forschungs- und Versicherungskosten während eines Praktikums, Unterstützung eines Pflegepersonals und eines Arbeitsvermittlers. Jeder Teilnehmer erhält ein Angebot zur Unterstützung der individuellen und umfassenden Bildungsaktivierung, einschließlich Formen der Unterstützung, die von ihm als notwendig zur Verbesserung der Lage auf dem Arbeitsmarkt ermittelt werden. Um die Effizienz und Wirksamkeit der Maßnahmen zu verbessern, wird die im Rahmen des innovativen Projekts OPKL 2007-2013 entwickelte Methode – das Endprodukt des innovativen Projekts „EIPD-neue Beratungsqualität“ – verwendet.
