Projekt ma na celu wprowadzenie trzech innowacyjnych produktów – koszyka głośnika, siatki głośnika oraz odwodnienia liniowego, wykonanych w nowoczesnej technologii wtrysku ze spienianiem gazem. W ramach zaplanowanych działań przewiduje się zakup specjalistycznego sprzętu (między innymi dwa rodzaje wtryskarek) z odpowiednimi elementami oraz oprogramowaniem, a także zapewnienie zaplecza informatycznego i technicznego, odpowiedniego do wprowadzenia prognozowanych zmian. Dzięki takiemu rozwiązaniu skróci się czas produkcji (firma zapewni kompleksowość usługi – od zaprojektowania produktu do jego wytworzenia), obniżeniu ulegnie ilość używanych materiałów (substancja spieniana gazem zachowuje swoje właściwości, jednak potrzebna jest w mniejszej ilości), a firma będzie miała szanse wejść na nowe rynki (do tej pory nikt nie zastosował technologii spieniania do wytworzenia elementów zaplanowanych do produkcji przez Wnioskodawcę). The project aims to introduce three innovative products – the speaker’s basket, speaker grid and linear dehydration, made in modern gas injection moulding technology. The planned actions envisage the purchase of specialised equipment (including two types of injection moulding machines) with the relevant components and software, as well as the provision of IT and technical facilities appropriate to the projected changes. Thanks to this solution, production time will be shortened (the company will ensure the comprehensiveness of the service – from designing the product to its manufacture), the quantity of materials used will decrease (the gas-foaming substance retains its properties, but is needed in fewer quantities) and the company will have a chance to enter new markets (so far no one has used foaming technology to produce elements planned for production by the Applicant). Le projet vise à introduire trois produits innovants — panier de haut-parleurs, grille de haut-parleurs et déshydratation de ligne, fabriqués dans la technologie moderne d’injection de mousse de gaz. Les activités prévues prévoient l’achat d’équipements spécialisés (y compris deux types de machines de moulage par injection) avec les composants et logiciels correspondants, ainsi que la mise à disposition d’équipements informatiques et techniques adaptés aux changements prévus. Grâce à cette solution, le temps de production sera réduit (la société assurera l’exhaustivité du service — depuis la conception du produit jusqu’à sa fabrication), la quantité de matériaux utilisés diminuera (la substance mousseuse au gaz conserve ses propriétés, mais elle est nécessaire dans une moindre mesure), et l’entreprise aura une chance d’entrer sur de nouveaux marchés (jusqu’à présent, personne n’a utilisé la technologie de mousse pour produire des éléments prévus pour la production par la requérante). Das Projekt zielt darauf ab, drei innovative Produkte einzuführen – Lautsprecherkorb, Lautsprechergitter und Liniendehydration, hergestellt in moderner Gasschaum-Einspritztechnologie. Die geplanten Tätigkeiten sehen den Kauf von Spezialausrüstungen (einschließlich zwei Arten von Spritzgießmaschinen) mit den entsprechenden Komponenten und Software sowie die Bereitstellung von IT- und technischen Einrichtungen vor, die für die geplanten Änderungen geeignet sind. Dank dieser Lösung wird die Produktionszeit verkürzt (das Unternehmen wird die Vollständigkeit des Service gewährleisten – vom Entwurf des Produkts bis zur Herstellung), die Menge der verwendeten Materialien wird sinken (die mit Gas geschäumte Substanz behält seine Eigenschaften, aber es ist in geringerer Menge erforderlich), und das Unternehmen wird die Chance haben, neue Märkte zu betreten (bis jetzt hat niemand Schäumtechnologie verwendet, um Elemente zu produzieren, die vom Antragsteller für die Produktion geplant sind).
