Przedmiotem projektu jest budowa centrum przesiadkowego wraz z drogami rowerowymi i parkingami przy stacji kolejowej w miejscowości Poraj w gminie Poraj, spełniającego funkcję "park&ride" oraz "Park&Bike". Celem głównym projektu jest: Zwiększenie atrakcyjności transportu publicznego dla pasażerów z terenu gminy Poraj poprzez znaczną poprawę infrastruktury wokół dworca kolejowego w Poraju, a tym samym wpływ na częściowe rozwiązanie kluczowych problemów zbiorowej komunikacji na terenie Subregionu Północnego Województwa Śląskiego, w tym miasta Częstochowy. Przedsięwzięcie charakteryzuje się ponadlokalnym (subregionalnym) oddziaływaniem opisanym w pkt. B.18. Analiza ekonomiczna. W ramach projektu zostaną wykonane roboty budowlane, zapewniony nadzór inwestorski oraz promocja projektu. (Polish)

The subject of the project is the construction of a connecting centre with bicycle roads and car parks at the railway station in Poraj in the commune of Poraj, serving the functions of "park&ride“and”Park &Bike”. The main objective of the project is to: Increasing the attractiveness of public transport for passengers from the Poraj commune by significantly improving the infrastructure around the railway station in Poraj, and thus the impact on a partial solution to the key problems of collective transport in the Northern Silesian Subregion, including the city of Częstochowa. The project is characterised by a trans-local (sub-regional) impact described in point. B.18. It’s economic analysis. The project will include construction works, investor supervision and project promotion. (English)

L’objet du projet est la construction d’un centre de liaison avec des routes cyclables et des parkings à la gare de Poraj dans la municipalité de Poraj, qui sert les fonctions de «park&ride» et «Park&Bike». L’objectif principal du projet est de: Accroître l’attrait des transports publics pour les voyageurs en provenance du territoire de la municipalité de Poraj en améliorant considérablement l’infrastructure autour de la gare de Poraj, affectant ainsi la résolution partielle des principaux problèmes de transport collectif dans la sous-région de la voïvodie de Silésie septentrionale, y compris la ville de Czestochowa. Le projet a un impact translocal (sous-régional) tel que décrit au paragraphe. B.18. Analyse économique. Les travaux de construction, la supervision des investisseurs et la promotion du projet seront réalisés dans le cadre du projet. (French)

Gegenstand des Projekts ist der Bau eines Verbindungszentrums mit Fahrradstraßen und Parkplätzen am Bahnhof in Poraj in der Gemeinde Poraj, der den Funktionen „Park &ride“ und „Park&Bike“ dient. Hauptziel des Projekts ist: Erhöhung der Attraktivität des öffentlichen Verkehrs für die Fahrgäste aus dem Gebiet der Gemeinde Poraj durch eine deutliche Verbesserung der Infrastruktur rund um den Bahnhof in Poraj, wodurch die teilweise Lösung der wichtigsten Probleme des kollektiven Verkehrs in der Subregion der Woiwodschaft Nordschlesiens, einschließlich der Stadt Czestochowa, beeinträchtigt wird. Das Projekt hat eine translokale (subregionale) Wirkung, wie in Absatz beschrieben. B.18. Wirtschaftliche Analyse. Im Rahmen des Projekts werden Bauarbeiten, Investorenaufsicht und Förderung des Projekts durchgeführt. (German)
