Projekt obejmuje wsparciem ogół. 54 osoby (52K,2M w tym 3 K z niepełnosprawnościami) z terenu Gminy Krokowa będące osobami:-bezrobotnymi lub biernymi zawodowo pozostającymi poza rynkiem pracy ze względu na obowiązek opieki nad dziećmi w wieku do lat 3, w tym osobami, które przerwały karierę zawodową ze względu na urodzenie dziecka lub przebywają na urlopach wychowawczych,-pracującymi, sprawującymi opiekę nad dziećmi do lat 3. Celem proj. jest zwiększone zatrudnienie wśród ww. grupy osób. Celami szczeg. są:-stworzenie rozwiązań ułatwiających ich powrót na rynek pracy oraz zwiększających szanse utrzymania pracy poprzez utworzenie dla ich dz. 36 nowych miejsc w nowym samorząd. żłobku w Krokowej, - powrót na rynek pracy po przerwie związanej z urodzeniem/wychowaniem dz. lub utrzymanie zatrudnienie przez 33 os. (32K,1M) pracujące i sprawujące opiekę nad dz. do lat 3,-znalezienie zatrudnienia albo jego poszukiwanie po zakończeniu proj. przez 21 os. (20K,1M) osób bezrob. lub biernych zawod. pozostających poza rynkiem pracy ze względu na obowiązek opieki nad dz. do lat 3. Osiągnięcie celów nastąpi poprzez nast. działania:-Adaptację pomieszczeń w budynku w Krokowej na potrzeby żłobka (finans. częściowo z Programu Maluch), zakup i montaż wyposażenia żłobka,-utworzenie i funkcjonowanie przez 14 miesięcy w ramach proj. 36 miejsc opieki nad dz. do lat 3 w nowym żłobku samorząd. w Krokowej z których w okresie realizacji proj. skorzysta 54 dz. (28 dziew.,26 chł.) 54 opiekunów (52K,2M),- przeprowadzenie diagnozy dz. korzystających z utworzonych miejsc w kierunku wykrycia ewentualnych deficytów. Najważniejszym efektem proj., możliwym dzięki utworzeniu nowych 36 miejsc opieki nad dz. do lat 3 w Gm Krokowa będzie powrót na rynek pracy bądź utrzymanie zatrudnienia wśród 54 (52K,2M w tym 3 K z niepełnosprawnościami) benef. Efekty proj. będą trwałe, gdyż utworzone miejsca będą działać przez okres ponad 2 lat po zakończeniu proj., władze gminy zakładają wieloletnie ich funkcjonowanie. (Polish)

The project includes support in general. 54 persons (52K,2M including 3 K with disabilities) from the area of Krokowa commune who are: unemployed or inactive persons who remain outside the labour market due to the obligation to care for children under the age of 3, including those who have interrupted their professional career due to the birth of a child or who are on parental leave, working, caring for children under the age of 3. The aim of the project is to increase employment among these groups. The objectives in particular are to:-create solutions to facilitate their return to the labour market and increase the chances of retaining their jobs by creating them. 36 new places in the new self-government. nursery in Krokowa, – return to the labour market after a break related to birth/education, or maintain employment by 33 people. (32K,1M) working and caring for 3 years, finding employment or searching for it after the project has been completed by 21 persons. (20K,1M) persons who are unemployed or passive professions who remain outside the labour market due to the obligation to care for up to 3 years. The objectives will be achieved through the following action:-Adapting the premises in the building in Krokowa for the needs of the nursery (financial partly from the Maluch Programme), purchase and assembly of crèche equipment,-creation and operation for 14 months under the project. 36 places of care for up to 3 years in the new nursery local government. in Krokowa, which will benefit from 54 dz during the project period. (28 girls, 26 bob.) 54 carers (52K,2M) – diagnosing people using created sites to detect possible deficits. The most important result of the project, thanks to the creation of new 36 care facilities for up to 3 years in Gm Krokowa will be the return to the labour market or maintenance of employment among 54 (52K,2M including 3 K with disabilities) benef. The project effects will be permanent, as the created sites will operate for more than 2 years after the project has ended, the municipal authorities assume their long-term operation. (English)

Le projet comprend un soutien en général. 54 personnes (52K,2M dont 3 K handicapés) de la municipalité de Krokowa qui sont: — des chômeurs ou des personnes économiquement inactives en dehors du marché du travail en raison de l’obligation de s’occuper d’enfants de moins de 3 ans, y compris celles qui ont interrompu leur carrière professionnelle en raison de la naissance d’un enfant ou qui sont en congé parental, travaillent et s’occupent d’enfants de moins de 3 ans. L’objectif du projet est d’accroître l’emploi de ces groupes de personnes. Les principaux objectifs sont les suivants:-créer des solutions pour faciliter leur réinsertion sur le marché du travail et améliorer leur employabilité en les créant pour eux. 36 nouvelles places dans la nouvelle collectivité locale de Krokowa, — retour sur le marché du travail après une interruption en lien avec la naissance/l’éducation ou le maintien de l’emploi pour 33 personnes. (32K,1M) travailler et s’occuper jusqu’à 3 ans d’emploi ou chercher un emploi après la fin du projet pour 21 personnes. (20K.1M) professions au chômage ou passives en dehors du marché du travail en raison de l’obligation de prendre soin jusqu’à l’âge de 3 ans. Les objectifs seront atteints par les actions suivantes:-Adaptation des locaux du bâtiment de Krokowa pour les besoins de la crèche (financement partiel du programme pour les tout-petits), achat et installation d’équipements de crèche,-création et fonctionnement pendant 14 mois dans le cadre du projet. 36 centres de soins pour une durée maximale de 3 ans dans la nouvelle crèche autonome de Krokowa, dont 54 dz bénéficieront pendant la période de mise en œuvre. 54 soignants (52K,2M), — effectuer un diagnostic en utilisant les sites créés pour détecter d’éventuels déficits. L’effet le plus important du projet, possible grâce à la création de 36 nouveaux centres de soins à 3 ans à Krokowa Gm, sera de retourner sur le marché du travail ou de maintenir l’emploi parmi 54 (52K.2M dont 3 K handicapés) benef. Les effets du projet seront permanents, puisque les sites créés fonctionneront pendant plus de deux ans après la fin du projet, les autorités municipales assument leur exploitation pendant de nombreuses années. Das Projekt umfasst generell Unterstützung. 54 Personen (52K,2M einschließlich 3 K mit Behinderungen) aus der Gemeinde Krokowa, die aufgrund der Verpflichtung zur Betreuung von Kindern bis zu drei Jahren, einschließlich derjenigen, die ihre berufliche Laufbahn durch die Geburt eines Kindes unterbrochen haben oder sich im Elternurlaub befinden, arbeiten und sich um Kinder bis zu drei Jahren kümmern. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Beschäftigung in diesen Personengruppen zu erhöhen. Die Hauptziele sind: – Lösungen zu schaffen, um ihre Wiedereingliederung in den Arbeitsmarkt zu erleichtern und ihre Beschäftigungsfähigkeit durch Schaffung für sie zu verbessern. 36 neue Plätze in der neuen Gemeinde in Krokowa, – Rückkehr auf den Arbeitsmarkt nach einer Pause im Zusammenhang mit Geburt/Bildung oder Aufrechterhaltung der Beschäftigung für 33 Personen. (32K,1M) Arbeit und Pflege für bis zu 3 Jahre Beschäftigung oder Arbeitssuche nach Ablauf des Projekts für 21 Personen. (20K.1M) Arbeitslose oder passive Berufe außerhalb des Arbeitsmarktes aufgrund der Verpflichtung zur Betreuung von bis zu drei Jahren. Die Ziele werden durch folgende Maßnahmen erreicht:-Anpassung der Räumlichkeiten im Gebäude in Krokowa an die Bedürfnisse der Kinderkrippe (teilweise aus dem Kleinkind-Programm finanziert), Ankauf und Installation von Kinderkrippenausrüstung, Schaffung und Betrieb für 14 Monate im Rahmen des Projekts. 36 Betreuungsplätze für bis zu 3 Jahre in der neuen Selbstverwaltungskrippe in Krokowa, davon 54 dz während der Umsetzungsphase. 54 Pflegekräfte (52K,2M), – Durchführung einer Diagnose mit den erstellten Standorten, um mögliche Defizite zu erkennen. Die wichtigste Wirkung des Projekts, möglich durch die Schaffung neuer 36 Betreuungsplätze auf 3 Jahre in Krokowa Gm, wird die Rückkehr zum Arbeitsmarkt oder die Aufrechterhaltung der Beschäftigung unter 54 (52K.2M einschließlich 3 K mit Behinderungen) sein. Die Auswirkungen des Projekts werden dauerhaft sein, da die geschaffenen Standorte für mehr als zwei Jahre nach Ende des Projekts funktionieren werden, die kommunalen Behörden übernehmen ihren Betrieb für viele Jahre.
