Projekt obejmuje badania przemysłowe i prace rozwojowe prowadzące do opracowania unikalnego systemu mierzenia i analizy wskaźnika efektywności wyposażenia produkcyjnego. Zakres projektu obejmuje między innymi takie elementy jak badania i analizę zjawisk, procesów i wymagań występujących w firmach produkcyjnych, którym podstawą działalności są maszyny przemysłowe i i ich efektywne wykorzystanie, badania nad wykorzystaniem różnych technologii zbierania danych o pracy i stanie urządzenia produkcyjnego, badania stworzeniem efektywnej technologii budowy i sposobu mocowania czujników, sposobami transmisji, prace nad Centralnym Systemem IT przetwarzającym dane pozyskane z czujników oraz integrującym przetworzoną informację z systemami informatycznymi wykorzystywanymi przez przedsiębiorstwa. Elementy składowe systemu zostaną przetestowane w warunkach laboratoryjnych, a następnie w cały system będzie testowany w warunkach rzeczywistych u wybranych przedsiębiorców. (Polish)

The project includes industrial research and development, leading to the development of a unique system for measuring and analysing the efficiency index of production equipment. The scope of the project includes such elements as research and analysis of phenomena, processes and requirements of manufacturing companies based on industrial machinery and their efficient use, research into the use of various technologies for collecting data about work and condition of production equipment, research into the creation of effective construction technology and method of mounting sensors, methods of transmission, work on Central IT system processing data obtained from sensors and integrating processed information with IT systems used by enterprises. The components of the system will be tested in laboratory conditions, and then the whole system will be tested in real conditions at selected entrepreneurs. (English)

Le projet comprend des travaux de recherche et de développement industriels menant à la mise au point d’un système unique de mesure et d’analyse de l’indicateur de performance de l’équipement de production. Le champ d’application du projet couvre, entre autres, des éléments tels que la recherche et l’analyse des phénomènes, processus et exigences des entreprises manufacturières, basés sur les machines industrielles et leur utilisation efficace, la recherche sur l’utilisation de diverses technologies pour recueillir des données sur le travail et l’état des équipements de production, la recherche sur la création d’une technologie efficace pour la construction et la fixation des capteurs, les méthodes de transmission, le travail sur le système informatique central de traitement des données obtenues à partir de capteurs et l’intégration des informations traitées aux systèmes informatiques utilisés par les entreprises. Les composants du système seront testés en laboratoire, puis testés dans l’ensemble du système dans des conditions réelles chez des entrepreneurs sélectionnés. (French)

Das Projekt umfasst industrielle Forschungs- und Entwicklungsarbeiten, die zur Entwicklung eines einzigartigen Systems zur Messung und Analyse des Leistungsindikators von Produktionsanlagen führen. Der Umfang des Projekts umfasst u. a. Elemente wie die Erforschung und Analyse von Phänomenen, Prozessen und Anforderungen, die in Fertigungsunternehmen gefunden werden, basierend auf industriellen Maschinen und deren effektivem Einsatz, Forschung über den Einsatz verschiedener Technologien zur Erfassung von Daten über die Arbeit und den Zustand der Produktionsanlagen, Forschung über die Schaffung wirksamer Technologien für den Bau und die Befestigung von Sensoren, Übertragungsmethoden, Arbeiten an der Verarbeitung von zentralen IT-Systemen von Sensoren und die Integration verarbeiteter Informationen mit IT-Systemen, die von Unternehmen genutzt werden. Die Komponenten des Systems werden unter Laborbedingungen getestet und dann bei ausgewählten Unternehmern unter realen Bedingungen im gesamten System getestet. (German)
