W ramach realizacji projektu zaplanowano cykle doskonalenia zawodowego dla 160 uczniów i 13 nauczycieli ZSZ w Barlewiczkach w branżach środowisko, ICT i elektronika oraz transport,logistyka i motoryzacja w celu zwiększenia zatrudnialności uczniów ZSZ w Barlewiczkach na regionalnym rynku pracy. W zakresie doskonalenia zawodowego uczniów zaplanowano branżowe zajęcia stacjonarne według specyfikacji określonej w Szczegółowym budżecie projektu, ponadprogram. praktyki/staże zawodowe w wymiarze 150 godzin na osobę, kursy zawodowe w zakresie obsługi wózków widłowych oraz kombajnu zbożowego, zajęcia z doradztwa zawodowego oraz zajęcia z języka zawodowego angielskiego i niemieckiego. Z kolei w przypadku nauczycieli zaplanowano doskonalenia kompetencji zawodowych poprzez udział w studiach podyplomowych na uczelniach wyższych, kursach i szkoleniach zawodowych prowadzonych przez wyspecjalizowane centra szkoleniowe, a także stażach zawodowych u pracodawców. W efekcie realizacji projektu spodziewane jest osiągnięcie zwiększonej efektywności kształcenia zawod., adekwatnego do potrzeb rynku pracy we wskazanych branżach, co z kolei zaowocuje wyższą zdawalnością egzaminów zawodowych. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie poziomu zatrudnialności absolwentów szkoły. W zakresie rzeczowym projektu przewidziano także doskonalenie zawodowe dla osób dorosłych w branżach środowisko oraz transport, logistyka i motoryzacja na bazie kursów zawodowych. Działania w projekcie zostały zaplanowane w oparciu o diagnozę potrzeb zatwierdzoną przez Zarząd Pow Sztumskiego (Uchwała nr 70/2016 z dnia 19.01.2016r. Projekt jest zintegrowany z projektem złożonym w ramach Dz. 4.1 (konkurs nr RPPM.04.01.00-IZ-22-001/16). Projekt jest zgodny z zakresem przedsięwzięcia strategicz. pn. „Kształtowanie sieci ponadgimnazjalnych szkół zawodowych uwzględniającej potrzeby subregionalnych i regionalnego rynków pracy zgodnie z Regionalnym Programem Strategicznym „Aktywni Pomorzanie”” (uchwała Zarządu WP 547/146/16 z 02.06.16r). As part of the project, vocational training cycles for 160 students and 13 teachers of the ZSZ in Barlewiczki in the fields of environment, ICT and electronics, as well as transport, logistics and automotive in order to increase the employability of ZSZ students in Barlewiczki on the regional labour market were planned. In the field of professional training of pupils, the industry fixed activities are planned according to the specifications set out in the detailed project budget, over programme. apprenticeships/internships of 150 hours per person, professional courses in handling of forklifts and combine harvesters, occupational counselling classes and classes in English and German. In the case of teachers, it is planned to improve professional competences through participation in post-graduate studies at universities, vocational courses and training provided by specialised training centres, as well as internships with employers. As a result of the project, it is expected to achieve an increased efficiency of vocational education, which is appropriate to the needs of the labour market in the selected industries, which in turn will result in higher passability of vocational exams. The aim of the project is to increase the level of employability of school graduates. The project also includes professional training for adults in the environment, transport, logistics and automotive based on vocational courses. The project activities were planned on the basis of a diagnosis of needs approved by the Management Board of the Sztumski Pow (Resolution No 70/2016 of 19.01.2016. The project is integrated with a complex project within the OJ. 4.1 (competition no RPPM.04.01.00-IZ-22-001/16). Dans le cadre du projet, des cycles de développement professionnel ont été prévus pour 160 étudiants et 13 enseignants de ZSZ à Barlewiczki dans les secteurs de l’environnement, des TIC et de l’électronique, ainsi que des transports, de la logistique et de l’automobile afin d’accroître l’employabilité des étudiants ZSZ à Barlewiczki sur le marché du travail régional. Dans le domaine du développement professionnel des étudiants, les classes professionnelles sont planifiées selon les spécifications du budget détaillé du projet, un stage/stagiaire de 150 heures par personne, des cours professionnels de manutention de chariots élévateurs et de moissonneuses-batteuses, des cours de conseil professionnel et des cours professionnels en anglais et en allemand. D’autre part, les enseignants sont prévus pour améliorer leurs compétences professionnelles en participant à des études supérieures dans les universités, des cours professionnels et des formations dispensées par des centres de formation spécialisés, ainsi que des stages auprès des employeurs. Le projet devrait permettre d’accroître l’efficacité de l’enseignement professionnel, adapté aux besoins du marché du travail dans les secteurs indiqués, ce qui permettra d’améliorer la réussite des examens professionnels. L’objectif du projet est d’accroître l’employabilité des diplômés scolaires. Le projet comprend également le développement professionnel des adultes dans les domaines de l’environnement, des transports, de la logistique et de l’automobile sur la base de cours professionnels. Les activités du projet ont été planifiées sur la base d’un diagnostic des besoins approuvé par le conseil d’administration de Pow Szumski (résolution no 70/2016 du 19 janvier 2016. Le projet est intégré au projet soumis au JO 4.1 (no RPPM.04.01.00-IZ-22-001/16). Le projet est conforme à la portée du projet stratégique: «Mise en place d’un réseau d’écoles professionnelles du deuxième cycle du secondaire tenant compte des besoins des marchés du travail sous-régionaux et régionaux conformément au programme stratégique régional "Poméranie active" (résolution de gestion WP 547/146/16 du 02.06.16). Im Rahmen des Projekts wurden professionelle Entwicklungszyklen für 160 Studierende und 13 Lehrkräfte des ZSZ in Barlewiczki in den Bereichen Umwelt, IKT und Elektronik sowie Transport, Logistik und Automotive geplant, um die Beschäftigungsfähigkeit von ZSZ-Studenten in Barlewiczki auf dem regionalen Arbeitsmarkt zu verbessern. Im Bereich der beruflichen Weiterentwicklung der Studierenden sind Berufsklassen nach den Vorgaben des Projektbudgets geplant, ein Praktikum/Ausbildung von 150 Stunden pro Person, professionelle Kurse in der Handhabung von Gabelstaplern und Mähdreschern, Berufsberatungskurse und Berufsklassen in Englisch und Deutsch. Andererseits sollen die Lehrkräfte ihre beruflichen Kompetenzen verbessern, indem sie an einem Postgraduiertenstudium an Universitäten, Berufsbildungskursen und Schulungen durch spezialisierte Ausbildungszentren sowie Praktika bei Arbeitgebern teilnehmen. Durch das Projekt soll eine höhere Effizienz der beruflichen Bildung erreicht werden, die den Bedürfnissen des Arbeitsmarktes in den genannten Sektoren entspricht, was wiederum zu einer höheren Durchsetzbarkeit von Berufsprüfungen führen wird. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Beschäftigungsfähigkeit von Schulabsolventen zu erhöhen. Der Umfang des Projekts umfasst auch die berufliche Entwicklung für Erwachsene in den Bereichen Umwelt, Transport, Logistik und Automotive auf Basis von Fachkursen. Die Projektaktivitäten wurden auf der Grundlage einer vom Vorstand von Pow Szumski genehmigten Bedarfsdiagnose (Entschließung Nr. 70/2016 vom 19. Januar 2016) geplant. Das Projekt ist in das im Amtsblatt eingereichte Projekt integriert. 4.1 (Wettbewerb Nr. RPPM.04.01.00-IZ-22-001/16). Das Projekt steht im Einklang mit dem Umfang des strategischen Projekts: „Die Schaffung eines Netzes von Berufsschulen der Sekundarstufe II unter Berücksichtigung der Bedürfnisse subregionaler und regionaler Arbeitsmärkte gemäß dem regionalen Strategischen Programm "Aktives Pommern" (Management Resolution WP 547/146/16 vom 02.06.16).
